The room was very basic and small, but clean. The bathroom had mildew around the shower which wasn’t very appealing. The staff was friendly and accommodating with a late checkin and when I asked for more coffee. Overall it met my needs and I paid a discounted rate which I felt fair, but am glad I didn’t pay full price for it.
It was very convenient to have a kitchen in the room with an adequate set of dishes and detergent. The room was kept very clean and comfortable. I am very satisfied.
Well, we stayed on the top floor and hauling up luggage 3 flights of stairs due to no elevator gave us a wakeup call that we are out of shape!! Our overall experience was very good here. Neat clean and very ecofriendly. Felt very safe staying here. Lots to do with a short 3-minute walk or to trains to go even further. Lots to explore in Hannover.
Hotel was nice and clean. The staff was polite and checkin was smooth.
The area was a bit dirtier and louder then expected but inside the hotel we weren’t bothered.
This hotel was really close to all the sights we wanted to see. A quick walk to the train station. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and simple. The mini fridge was very convenient. Only thing I would change is the two mattresses on the bed as they separated during the night.
Basic hotel for our needs, except our room for three adults was on the fourth floor with no elevator for an elderly parent. This made getting up to the room quite difficult.
Additionally, the hotels.com site stated that offsite parking is €15, but it was €18 for the night.
Although the reception person did not speak English very well, he was as helpful as could be with the language barrier. Need better communications for dropping off the key in the morning as the reception area does not open untill noon.
Receptionist didn't provide enough information at the check in, just the key and breakfast routine.
Receptionist is not always available, the routine time they have isn't exactly accurate, because you won't find anyone at the desk always even before check out time.
No room cleaning everyday, they cleaned it on 3rd day, before we left.
Super WARM room without any kind of AC or fan, you can't even stay Inside the room.. it was really horrible experience.
There was nothing much in the room beside a bed and TV and a freezer.
Alot of stains and dirts on the walls
Pillows and bed's sheets.
Dirts under the bed, floor.
We didn't even got a "no disturbing" sign to hang it on the door handle.
The only good thing with that hotel is the breakfast and its near the central and shops, just that.
