Kleines Einzelzimmer gehabt, alles neu und sauber. Bequemes großes Bett und Kapselkaffeemaschine + Wasserkocher, ideal zum reinen Übernachten. Weniger charmant fand ich den check-in: man wird vor ein fest installiertes pad gestellt und darf alle persönlichen Daten selber eingeben plus die Zimmerkarte aktivieren. Das mag praktisch und effizient sein, aber ich kam mir vor wie ein Kunde am Selbstbedienungsschalter eines fast-food Restaurants... ein Willkommensgefühl als Hotelgast entstand definitiv nicht.

Das Hotel ist neu renoviert, hat schöne Zimmer und ist Top zentral gelegen, das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Einzig gestört hat mich die Klimaanlage im Zimmer, welche auch zum heizen benutzt wird. Diese ist auch im ausgeschalteten Zustand zu laut (mind. 35-42 db, mit Handy-App gemessen). Das stört sehr beim schlafen.

Zimmergröße war für eine Nacht ausreichend und gut ausgestattet. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, es lagen vereinzelt Haare auf Flächen die offenbar nicht gereinigt wurden. Die Lage ist großartig - Mitten im Zentrum von Hannover. Es gab eine Datenpanne und meine Daten wurden offenbar gestohlen. Auf telefonische Rückfrage beim Hotelpersonal wurde das Problem runtergespielt.

Der Gast checkt selbst über einen Screen an der Reception ein, während die Person hinter der Reception wartet. Ich verstehe den Sinn der Sache nicht. Zimmerschlüssel als Keycard funktioniert. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Am Boden lagen überall Haare des vorherigen Gastes. Anscheinend eine Frau mit rot gefärbten Haaren. An div. Ablagen waren Flecken von Getränken, die da mal gestanden haben. Die Türe im Bad war voll von Flecken und Spritzern. Und ob das WC gereinigt wurde, wollte ich gar nicht mehr wissen. Eklig. Ich hätte das direkt alles beanstanden können. Aber das habe ich nicht, weil Sauberkeit m.E. die Visitenkarte eines Hotels ist. Wer das als Hotelmanager nicht kapiert hat, hats verkac... Immerhin hatte es genug Steckdosen und eine Klimaanlage, die mitten in der Nacht Geräusche macht. Das TV-System ist nutzlos, weil das manchmal funktioniert und manchmal nicht und gefühlt Jahre braucht, bis es aufgestartet ist. Lage zum Bahnhof/Einkaufsmeile/Restaurants etc ist exzellent und wenn man ein Zimmer zur Seitenstrasse bucht, ists vom Lärm her ganz io. Für den Preis wünsche ich mir besseren Service und Putzstandards.

Great location for anyone wanting to stay in central Hannover. The room looks like it was renovated cheaply. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned, there was bushes of hair and lots of dust, the bathroom walls also had bad stains. The sheets had a massive rip and in general the room did not have a good smell. Because I checked-in in the evening and just dropped my bag befor leaving for dinner I had no chance of letting the staff know. I returned pretty late and only noticed these things Chen.
