Perfectly located in the old quarter. Very good for exploring the city, also suitable as a base for trips lasting several days.

Great location, in the French Quarter very close to the Old Quarter. Many good places to eat, shop and sightsee nearby. The hotel staff was very friendly. However, as with many buildings in the area it is an older building, so there is a damp/moist smell. My daughter also had an allergic reaction which started when we checked in and went away when we checked out. For the rest of our stay in Hanoi we stayed in a newer hotel without any allergic reactions, so it was likely something in the hotel or the bedding that caused it.

The reception staff will help you with their smiles and kindness. You can walk to the old town, but it's a little far from there, and the street facing the hotel is one-way, so you can escape from the hustle and bustle at night. It's an ideal location for me. Grab to Noi Bai Airport costs around 330K. The water pressure is weak, but not unbearable. A minimum level of cleanliness is maintained. However, it is better not to look under the bed. I also wiped down the closet before unpacking my things, just in case.

The location is perfect, very close to the lake, and shopping restaurants. Staffs are very nice. Rooms are big and clean

Super comfortable
Fantastic stay at this hotel. Very comfortable and we were allowed early check in at a very reasonable rate. Clean, comfortable and very close to lots of things to do whilst being quiet and relaxing.

This hotel was our first stay in Vietnam. The room and bathroom was clean, comfortable and everything worked. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. This location was an easy walking distance from Hoan Kiem lake, the market, train street and museums.

Very welcoming and helpful staff, excellent communication. Clean, big room, walkable distance to everything in Hanoi Old Quarter. Would definitely return.

Condition oh hotel did not match photos at all. Example dirty walls, thin towels, warm and frayed sheets. Even the toilet seat was loose.

가격대비 퀄리티 좋은 가성비 숙소. 하노이 86번 버스 정류장 근처라 공항가기 좋고, 호엔끼엠 호수 근처라 맥주거리나 근처 관광지 가기 좋았으며 버스타고 여행하기 좋은 위치임. 시설도 방은 작지만 갖춰야할 건 다 있어서 딱히 불편을 느끼지 못함. 프리 드링크는 없고 기타 에머니티는 주는데 중국산 싸구려라 칫솔만 쓰고 나머진 안썼음. A high-quality, cost-effective accommodation for the price. It's good to go to the airport because it's near Hanoi bus stop 86, and it's good to go to beer streets and nearby tourist attractions because it's near Hohenkim Lake, and it's a good place to travel by bus. The facilities are small, but there are everything that needs to be equipped, so I don't feel any inconvenience.

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is in close proximity to food stalls, restaurantS, and weekend night market. Ms. Nga was very resourceful and enthusiastic in helping us. She even upgraded our regular family room to a suite without additional cost.

Great Stay I had
The hotel receptionist was very very good. She gives good recommendations, booked my airport transfers and massage. She is very proactive and very hardworking. I forgot to ask for her name but she is superb. The breakfast is very good and fresh for a small development like this. I keep refilling my plate!

Hôtel près du lac hao kiem. On peut tout faire à pied. L’intendante Moon est très agréable, elle nous a surclassé la chambre et nous a bien conseillé pour faire les visites de Hanoï. Chambre spacieuse, belle salle de bain. Bon petit déjeuner au dernier étage avec vue sur les toits d’hanoI.

We enjoyed our stay at Alisa Hotel and Spa. Nga Moon offered best-in-class service and made my friend and I feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. I’ve worked in customer service for several years and am not always easy to please - I would hire Nga myself if I could!

The hotel is new, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The property is in a good location, near shops and restaurants and is walking distance to the weekend night market. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very basic and the food was mostly dried out as it is was sitting open for long periods. The first room I was put in, 508 - did not have blinds or curtains and the shutters outside were not properly closed. This meant light came in and people could see in. When I alerted them to the issue, I was moved to another room immediately. They dealt with my issue swiftly which was great.

One of A Kind experience
The manager, Ms. Moon, and her staff took exceptional care of us during our stay. She planned out our 3-day itineraries making sure that we didn’t miss any highlights of Hanoi. Once we got off the Airport taxi, we were greeted with umbrellas and that we stayed dry from the torrential rains. Whatever issues that we came across, her staff would address immediately regardless the time of the day. Our only purpose for this trip to Vietnam was to visit Ha Long Bay and we were disappointed with the tour cancellation due to inclement weather, yet their heartfelt services made up for everything.

旧市街へもヒルトンへも大聖堂へも徒歩10分から15分程度で素晴らしい立地です。夜は時折バイクの音がするものも、歩行者やバルも少ないので静かよく眠れました。 部屋は広く、スーツケース3つが十分に開けられ、毎日水のペットボトルサービスがありました。冷蔵庫もあります。 シャワーは水圧がやや弱かったけれど浴槽は大きいです。ただ3人が続けて入ると、途中から熱いお湯がでなくなり、そのことだけがマイナスです。 朝食は最上階でサラダのベトナム料理のおかず、お菓子、フルーツ、それに、フォーとタマゴ料理がオーダーでき、どれもとても美味しかったです。 最終日、朝の4:30のチェックアウトの後、別に手配していた空港までのタクシーか来なくて、レセプションのお姉さんにツアー会社に電話してもらって助かりました。ドアマンのお兄さんもみんなとても優しくて、最初から最後まで安心して滞在できました。 またハノイに来たいですし、ここのホテルと皆さんに会いたいです。ありがとうございました。
