Terrible experience in a room that was dirty (even food left behind in the fridge by the previous clients), internet not working, no hot water, limited food for breakfast…but the location is really good. A hotel to avoid!

Great location, bad service and room

The location of this hotel is outstanding. However, that's really the only thing this place has going for it. The A/C in our room did not work. Our room had no window, so it was just blowing muggy musty air around the room. We asked for a room change and they denied it saying the A/C worked fine and there was no need to move, even though there were definitely other rooms available. The bed is also hard as rock. It feels like a sheet is laying over a piece of plyboard. You only get one measly pillow as well. The pictures of the rooms are so misleading on the website of the rooms. It seems like the photos were of just one room and all the rest are just in awful condition. The paint is chipping, the room is falling apart, the bathroom is falling apart, and it just isn't very clean. The breakfast is ok at best, nothing special. Some of the ham smelled like it was weeks old. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, you could probably find better accommodations elsewhere. I would almost recommend a chain location outside the old quarter and then take a cheap taxi into town.

Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen und die meisen sehenswürdigkeiten sind in weniger als 30 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und spricht gut Englisch. Die Räume sind klein aber sauber. Der Lärmpegel ist relativ hoch, was aber im alten Quartier von Hanoi normal ist. Das Frühstück ist in der Auswahl etwas bescheiden aber gut.

Awesome Stay

We book the Au Coeur balcony suite during christmas. The room is huge, clean and conveniently located at Hoan Kiem area where food is easily accessible. The front desk, Ms Khan Hinh, Ms Huyen & Mr Lam is very helpful and friendly in providing their services. Breakfast is simple yet delicious. Overall a pleasant stay.

Everyone is very helpful, courteous and concern of our days program especially Hwong, Huyen and Lind. Room clean, tidyed, sheets and towels changed daily. Breakfast is simple delicious, ample and filling. Hotel situated about 5 minutes ffom the lake, water puppet theater, weekend pedestrian walk and night market. Local food and night activities are nearby.

オーソドックスなホテル

家具がオシャレ。写真よりも実際は古びていたが、清潔ではあった。ただ、ベッドシーツに靴型が着いていて、クリーニングしても落ちないのかもしれないなとは思ったが、気分の良いものではなかった。立地は最高。ホアンキエム湖やナイトマーケットとなど、歩いて行けるので、夜も楽しめた。

Nice hotel, great staff, fantastic position.

I had a nice time at this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful (Miss Woung in particular). The hotel is nice, the room was rather small but adequate. Breakfast were nice and varied daily. Bed was a bit hard but i slept well anyway! I would use this hotel again, without hesitation.The area was great, busy with people and lots of places to eat and buy souvenirs.

Happy in Hanoi

I booked this room for my Nephew visiting from Australia because I wanted him to be close to the major attractions as well as the nightlife of Hanoi's Old Quarter. For that purpose it was the perfect choice and he loved the location, the quietness of the 6th floor Executive Suite and the breakfast. My only comment would be that the photos showed the Executive Suite with a seating area as well as the working table. However, the seating area had been replaced by an extra bed to create a triple room (no use for a single person). Otherwise, really nothing to complain about and he loved his visit to Hanoi.

Location is great. Nice furnitures. There are windows in the room but opening to a wall. Can be claustrophobic for some. As the hotel is in a busy, noisy quarter, the room was quiet. I did not have hot water for shower in the room. Wifi did not work well.

旧市街めぐりに便利な立地

Hang Be通りを見下ろせる、窓ありの部屋に宿泊しました。繁華街なので通りの喧噪は当然聞こえますが、気になるほどではなく、快適に過ごせました。パナソニック製のヘアドライヤーがあり、浴室固定式でなかったのでストレスなく使えたのが良かったです。使い捨ての紙スリッパもついてました。設備ではシャワーブースだけが残念でした。シャワーから出るお湯は細くまばらで、全身をきちんと洗うのに時間がかかります。排水も悪く、足下に汚れたお湯がたまるのが不快でした。スタッフの親切な対応と笑顔は素晴らしかったです。朝食もおいしかったです。次回ハノイに来る機会があれば、また泊まりたいと思います。

Generelt så var det et OK hotell. Visse ting kunne ha vært litt bedre, som f eks service og frokosten, lyset på rommet og aircondition. De som jobbet der tok betalt for alt, vi hadde klart å knuse ett glass i rommet men måtte betale for det - hadde det vært i andre litt mer høyrangerte hoteller hadde det ikke vært noe problem. Airconditionen der funket også veldig dårlig, det var noe med lufta som gjorde at jeg og min mann ble veldig dårlige hvergang vi stod opp. Frokosten er heller ikke noe å skryte av... Buffeen var veldig lite å velge mellom. Det eneste som var positivt ved hotellet er at det var rene rom og ikke minst nærme sentrum.
