The staff here are amazing, and the location is perfect. Cocktail prices are on the high side, but are of a much higher quality than other places we'd been to - the view from the pool and bar/restaurant is incredible.

I have been around the world and stayed at many hotels in Asia, Europe, the US and Latin America. However, the service in this hotel was above my expectations. The staff was so polite, friendly, and professional that I am already planning to go back. The breakfast was superb and so was the food and drinks at the restaurant. My room was comfortable, clean and the decoration was wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Trust me. Your experience will be DIVINE as well!

Fabulous central location right in the heart of the old quarter. the hotel foyer looks like a 5 star hotel! The staff were simply amazing. Special thanks to Gem at reception and Mr Cuong who answered all our questions and nothing was ever too much trouble. The rooms were of an average 4 star hotel. Great pool, gym and floor top bar/ restaurant. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a great 4 star hotel.

飯店大廳接待的員工都非常優秀，會主動協助跟關心。 但房內清潔不夠仔細，飯店提供的G7咖啡包被打開，感覺是上一組房客留下的，打掃的房務人員沒有注意到。

We spent 4 nights at this hotel. Vivian, Tim, and Mai were very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet were excellent with a variety of options. Bed was clean and comfortable. Room had a good size considering being in the old quarter. We felt welcomed by the staff from the moment we walked in the hotel. Highly recommended!

The staff members (receptionists, doormen, bellmen, kitchen crew) were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Breakfast selection was good. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The location is excellent for restaurants, shopping, and everything else in between. Everything is in walking distance. Overall, we were satisfied staying at GM Premium Hotel. We stayed 4 nights at this hotel.

Excellent
Great location, nice rooms, clean and comfortable. The service was very friendly too. The breakfast was good, but most dishes aren’t clearly labelled so sometimes we had no idea what they were. Overall this place was great value for money.

The staff were the highlight - so polite and helpful!! Big thanks to Eugene and Vivian in particular for their recommendations and wonderful customer service. Breakfast on the rooftop every morning was a delight, and you can’t beat the location, which was in the thick of Old Quarter near lots of food and shopping and the lake, but very quiet at night for sleeping even during the lunar new year celebrations.

Excellent hotel, staff and location. Highly recommended for quality of service, friendliness of staff and location. It is close to the cathedral, night market, prison, opera house and great shopping. The ideal spot for a stop in Hanoi. Great job GM team!

생긴지 얼마 되지 않은 호텔이라 평이 많지 않은듯 한데 여러모로 꽤 완벽한 호텔입니다. 소리에 예민한데 방음도 훌륭하고 스태프들이 정말 친절합니다. 위치도 아주 마음에 들었어요. 주변에 호안끼엠호수와 성요셉 성당등 걸어서 산책하기에 좋은 장소입니다. 다시 갈일이 있다면 무조건 갈듯한 호텔이에요. ㅎ

旧市街中心にあるので観光に便利。スタッフは若い子達がしっかりしていて、ベトナム特有のダラダラ感もなくて素晴らしい！ロビーや廊下、エレベーター、部屋まで清潔で日本人感覚でも問題なし！1つ難点を上げるなら、トイレのドアの遮音性なしなので、同室者がいるなら1階のトイレを使うか、1人の時に使うか、テレビの音量を上げて下さい。笑

We enjoyed out stay at GM Premium. The hotel was nice, rooms were a decent size. Pool and bar were lovely. Staff were very helpful and professional. Location is great - easy walk to the lake and shopping district. Lots of restaurants around. The breakfast was awesome- would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in beautiful Hanoi. We also arranged airport transfers with the hotel which made it so much easier as first time visitors to Hanoi!

ニューイヤーを迎えるにあたり、ホテルの周辺は賑やかでした。 スタッフの方がとても親切で私のつたない英語でもコミュニケーションを取ってくれました。 館内全てキレイで朝食も種類がたくさんあり美味しかったです。 観光スポットもいくつか教えていただき助かりました。 早朝のフライトだと説明すると朝食のサンドイッチとコーヒーを用意してくれました。このようなサービスは他のホテルで経験したことがないのでとても感動しました。 ありがとうございます

Lækkert hotel, gode faciliteter.
Bedste hotel vi boede på i Hanoi. Professionelt personale der talte rigtigt godt engelsk og man følte sig super godt taget imod. Værelserne være lækkert indrettet. Der være dejlig tagterrasse med fantastisk udsigt over byen. Det trak ned i oplevelsen at hotellet solgte os en transfer til Ninh Binh, der viste sig at være alt andet en komfortable og tryg måde at rejse på.

Excellent location, accomodations and staff! Breakfast buffet had great options for any guest. They staff were super helpful in making recommendations, arranging rides and making sure we were comfortable at all times. Definitely a place we’ll stay again.
