The experience here was next level, everything about this establishment is first class , especially all the staff , they help you with everything and anything including where to go and restaurants to eat at. If you are going to stay in Hanoi - stay here you won’t find better

The hotel is amazing! The beds are comfortable, very clean and surprisingly quiet. The breakfast is the best we had so far, with a lot of options, juices, fruits, hot dishes. Everything you may want.

This hotel was beautiful and the customer service was outstanding. Our host, Grace, was very attentive to our needs. They checked in with us daily. I loved the breakfast buffet, and the rooftop bar had great views. It’s a great location for the Old Quarter and getting picked up for tours. Would stay here again.

The staff showed amazing hospitality at this hotel. Always very pleasant and willing to help. Breakfast was excellent. The pool was quite small but refreshing. Great location to see the Old Quarter attractions. After spending a few hours out in the chaos of Hanoi, the hotel was welcome relief to come back to. Street noise is completely blocked out. Overall excellent particularly the front staff.

The hotel is a fantastic haven set amongst the bustle of Old Quarter. Quality hotel with lovely rooms and ambience, but above all else.... staff! They were all absolutely lovely and couldnt have been more warm, friendly and thoughtful during our stay.

This was an amazing stay. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. My concierge May made my stay so wonderful. She helped me find local spots and get around with ease. She is so sweet and thoughtful and speaks fluent English. Next time I am in hanoi I will come back just for Hope. GM hotel is very lucky to have such an great employee like Hope.
