旧市街にあり、ホアンキエム湖方面へのアクセスがしやすいです。 週末のナイトマーケットやドンスアン市場も徒歩数分で行けます。 スタッフさん達もとても親切です。 朝食はバイキングではなく、メニューから選ぶ形でした。 ハノイに行くときはまたこのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

The staff was exception. I reached out to the hotel on Expedia chat for an airport pickup and they promptly responded thru email and arranged the pickup and drop off for roughly $18 and $13 respectively. The had plently of suggestions for tours and Jasmine regularly checked in with us. She was great. The old quarter is a great place to shop and eat. We'll be going back to stay longer for multi-day tours and explore north and south of Hanoi.

Nice hotel in the old quarter
We enjoyed our stay here. It is right in the center of the old quarter, within walking distance of the major sights of Hanoi. The room was quiet and clean, the bed and shower were comfortable, the staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. We would stay here again when in Hanoi!

Loved our stay at Golden Art Hotel! It is conveniently located in the Old Quarter, near tons of dining and shopping options, and serves a delicious breakfast. But best of all, we were lucky to have Jasmine organize our entire stay in Vietnam! She provided tour options at a lower cost than we were able to find online and everything was perfectly well planned. Our tours included: a cultural city tour of Hanoi with a private driver; a walking street food tour in the Old City which was fantastic; a visit of the caves in Phong Nah national Park; a two day cruise in Halong Bay; and all hotel and airport transfers in between. All highly recommended, we are just sad we ran out of time to visit Sapa! Also, Jasmine's restaurants, tailor, and massage parlor recommendations were spot on. Thank you Jasmine for everything!!!

Great night in the Old City of Hanoi!
We just needed a hotel room for a night before our trip to Ha Long Bay. We were lucky to find a great room at a reasonable price with breakfast included and early enough to catch the bus the next morning.

良かった点 スタッフのホスピタリティが最高でした。親身になって話しかけてくれますし、困ったことは何でも相談できます。日本でもここまで親身ではないと思います。その点で安心して泊まれると思います。そして朝食がレストラン並に美味しいです。特に炒飯は絶品でした。朝食はサンドイッチもフレンチトーストもとても美味しいです。この価格であれば十分なコストパフォーマンスだと思います。街中にも近く、コンビニや飲食店もすぐの場所にあります。 気になった点。最初に案内された部屋は排水口の匂いがひどく部屋を交換してもらいました。テレビも接触が悪いのか最初付かず、部屋の金庫も使えない状態でした。また、タオルは何度も洗っているタオルのため汚くはないですが古さを感じます。ここら辺は日本ではないので許容範囲だと思いますが、清潔感第一の方は気にするかもしれません。

Very basic accommodation. It is expensive for what I paid for and not value for money, however the property is clean but very budget basic and its rating should be reflecting this. It is not a 3 star hotel. The staff are wonderful and I cannot thank Jasmine and her girls enough for everything they did for me while I stayed with them.

The hotel is conveniently located in the old quarter & easily walkable to the markets & many cafes & food spots. Also, easy to walk to most tourist attractions. The staff is so welcoming & helpful! Convenient store just across the street made it easy to stock up on cold water to stay hydrated.

Albergo situato in ottima posizione nel quartiere vecchio, comodo per raggiungere a piedi la maggior parte delle attrazioni e per il prelievo di eventuali tour. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile (ci hanno persino dato l’opportunità di lasciare lì le valigie per 3 giorni mentre eravamo a fare l’escursione ad Ha Long Bay). Stanza grande e carina, unica pecca la prima sera abbiamo visto un piccolo scarafaggio girare per la stanza/letto.. ma spruzzando un prodotto contro gli scarafaggi il problema si è risolto. Consigliato!

This was my 2nd time staying here at Golden Art and it is a great place in the heart of the Old City. Unlike so many hotels in the Old City this location is void of traffic and construction noise, but yet perfectly located. The staff are very professional and helpful. Jasmine was so helpful, she recognized me from my last stay in 2019 and made me feel so welcomed. Breakfast has a wide selection of ala carte selections. Hotel in Old Town area, very convenient for shopping, dining, or visiting any most interest places in Hanoi. What I like the most here is the excellent Staff, friendly & polite and the area is quiet. We stay there few nights, 1st night, room was a little small so we were offered to change to a bigger room, very comfortable. Thank you staff, especially Jasmine, for very professional customer service. Will come back if visiting Ha Noi again.

well located good hotel
Nice hotel, could do with an update to bathroom but otherwise good. Nice staff & breakfast to order. Well located in the old quarter. Good value
