처음 들어갔을때의 깔끔 함이란 더할나위없이 좋았다 다음날 첫조식때도 맛있는 쌀국수와 과일들이 있었다 굳이 별하나를 깎은이유는 묵는 5일간 시트가 한번도 교체가 안되었다 하루에 한번씩은 아니어도 이틀 혹은 3일에 한번 쯤은 교체가 되었어야 할것같다 이외는 모든것이 깔끔하고 위치도 좋고 응대도 훌륭하다

Wir waren insgesamt für 3 Nächte hier. Es ist mehr ein Hotel als ein Hostel, da es nur Doppel- und Familienzimmer hat. Für uns ideal. Die Leute waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentral und doch nicht an der lautesten Strasse in Hanoi.

Great Staff & Great Value

Firstly the welcome was very nice - towels and tea, the staff were very welcoming and accommodating particularly Kim. They helped us with anything we needed. The tour to Ha Long Bay was reasonably priced and was a good experience and hassle free booking through the hotel. Breakfast was very good. Overall and exceptional stay would recommend any one who goes to Hanoi to set up shop here :)

사기꾼입니다.

조심하세요. 이집 너무 거품이 많습니다. 예약사항보고 다른 곳으로 고객이동권합니다. 저희도 모르고 업그레이드 시켜준다는 말만 믿고 그렇겠지 했는데, 알고 보니 훨씬 저렴한 숙소로 저희를 넘겼더라구요. 3만원에 예약하고 갔는데, 1박뿐이 예약 안해서 여기 못 머무른다고 말하며 대신 업그레이드해서 더 좋은데 보내주겠다 해서 땡큐했더니 알고 보니 1.9만원짜리 숙소로 저희 보냈습니다. 경험상 호스텔 규모나 시설 다 똑같습니다. 그러나 보다 저렴한 곳으로 찾으세요 이곳은 평만 좋아서 비쌉니다. 가지 마세요. 속지도 마시구요

The hotel matches with the fabulous reviews we saw when looking for a place in Hanoi. It is an excellent hotel. Staff is super professional and friendly, Service is great, it is very clean, and well located. All equipments are new, it is really what we were looking for as we were tired and needed a comfortable place to stay ! We highly recommend it!

CP值超高的旅館！超級推薦！

這樣的房間這樣的價錢真是物超所值，房費包含早餐及mini bar，甚至還有迎賓飲料跟水果，完全超乎預期；我們walk in了幾間我們預算內的河內旅館，我覺得這裡的CP值真的最高！ 房間很乾淨空間也夠，衛浴大小適中很乾淨備品也齊全，雖然wifi有點不穩，但有買手機sim卡就不是問題。 旅館位置很方便去很多景點或有名小吃步行就可以到達，而且旁邊就是超商，在古城區中便利商店並不多。 旅館員工都很親切，甚至在最後一天幫我們免費升級房型！這裡真的是非常值得推薦的旅館！！！

Hotel und nicht Hostel!

Eher ein Hotel und nicht Hostel. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit bei den Touren für die Halong Bay. Würden dies unbedingt im Hotel buchen, da man etwas gutes für das Geld erhält. Sie gaben uns sogar noch ein Upgrade des Schiffs. Frühstück war gut, wenn auch die Auswahl klein ist. Am Abend vor dem Nachtzug durften wir noch in ein sauberes Zimmer gehen, um zu duschen.Wir würden sicher wieder hier her kommen.

Pros: The hotel is located in a very centralized part of Hanoi...it is about a 10 minute walk to the Hoan Kiem Lake and the water puppet theatre but it is not in the backpacker district with nightclubs, etc. There is a multitude of restaurants and street food vendors within a couple block radius. The included breakfast is wonderful (7-10:30am)! You get to choose an entree (banana pancakes, pho, scrambled, over easy eggs or omelette amongst other options) plus a beverage (teas, coffee, juices) and there is self-serve fresh pineapple and watermelon. If you want an additional entree, it is $2 USD. The staff are just amazing! If you need help with tours, how to get to a certain part of town, etc. My boyfriend was feeling ill so we extended our stay in Hanoi by a night and unfortunately the hotel was full so we booked one a couple doors down. After we had checked out of the Culture Hostel and were waiting at a nearby hotel for our room to be ready, we were tracked down by the Culture Hostel manager and were invited to eat lunch with all the staff so he could have a home cooked meal. They went above and beyond and would definitely stay here again and highly recommend them! Cons: If you get a room closest to the street, it is noisy with the sounds of street vendors, honking, etc.

Das Team hat uns wirklich jederzeit geholfen und ein rund-um-sorglos Paket geboten. Unser Zimmer war sauber und ruhig (nach hinten gelegen). Zu dem guten Aufenthalt haben aber insbesondere das Team beigetragen. Wir haben zwei empfehlenswerte Touren (Ha Long Bay & Sa Pa) gebucht und konnten sogar trotz checkout nach einer Tour im Speiseraum ausschlafen und noch frühstücken.

Net en behulpzaam

Wij verbleven hier 2 nachten en het was een heel verschil met het vorige hotel in hanoi wat betreft netheid en ruimheid van de kamer. Ook de prijs is heel scherp! Personeel heel vriendelijk, enkel de man aan de receptie zijn engels is nogal moeilijk te verstaan. De dame praat wel heel duidelijk. Wij kwamen hier toe smorgends vroeg na een rit op de nachttrein en konden gratis genieten van een early check in, wat enorm geapprecieerd werd aangezien je op de nachttrein geen oog dicht doet. De ligging van het hotel is ook prima en centraal. Enig minpuntje, ik had gevraagd voor een kamer met een raam, en onze kamer had wel een raam maar er stond een muur tegen gemetst...

Goodbye our friends!

I highly recommend staying at the Hanoi Culture Hostel. From the start of our stay with a mid-night check in, to the goodbyes when leaving Hanoi, ALL the staff members were fantastic. The customer service was excellent, nothing was ever a problem and they went the extra mile. Staff pre-arranged via email our pick up from the airport at midnight, helped us book an amazing Food on Foot Tour (also recommend) along with the fantastic trip to Halong Bay. The two main ladies on reception were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, but all the staff were always happy and welcoming down the chef cooking your complimentary breakfast (also really good) to the house keeping staff leaving a fresh rose every morning in the room. We even had one of the porters follow us on his scooter to the train station to make sure we got on the correct train and to help with luggage. We cannot recommend this place enough! Will definitely stay here again if we return to Hanoi. Thank you again!

Fikk oppgradert rommet da vi kom uten kostnad. Flott rom og bad. Veldig vennlig betjening. Vi booket en tur til Sapa gjennom dem, og følte dessverre ikke at turen dit levde opp til forventningene. Så jeg ville booket tur dit av noen andre!
