Dear Sunmin, Warmest greetings from Hanoi Elpis Hotel. Thank you for been our hotel for one night (26-27/10/2019) and your feedback about our hotel.We would like to response your feedbacks because it was unfair with us. Firstly, we received your reservation through Hotel.com, you have reserved a room is called " Standard Double with Private Bathroom Outside ". We set up this name very clear, do not hidden anything. So why did you told me you didn't know this information while you made reservation by yourself ? And when I told you " please help me contact with Hotel.com to ask about your case because its not our fault, not your fault ", you did not do anything and said " it was ok" ? Secondly, I did explain for you that we fully booked on that day, so we could not provide another with bathroom inside even it was not our fault, I hoped you understand for us. You did not complain, you said its ok and now you blame all for our hotel ? Your score is so terrible and unfair with us. So many guests they booked Standard with bathroom outside and they were so polite. Unlucky for us when meeting customers like you. We would like to response your feedbacks because it was incorrect as below : Firstly, we received your reservation through Expedia.com, you have reserved a room is called " Standard Double with Private Bathroom Outside ". We set up this name very clear, do not hidden anything. So why did you told me you didn't know this information while you made reservation by yourself ? And when I told you " please help me contact with Expedia to ask about your case because its not my fault, not your fault ", you did not do anything and blame all for our hotel ? Secondly, you were asked pay extra 150.000 because you told me you want to stay in another room with bathroom inside. On that day, we just have only one available room called " Triple room with balcony ", it is more expensive than Standard room, that is why you had to pay 150.000. You did agree with that, I couldn't understand why you said as we cheated you. Your score is so terrible and unfair with us. So many guests they booked Standard with bathroom outside and they were so polite with good behavior. Unlucky for us when meeting customers like you.
