Both hotels are ours, you can see both hotels have the same hotline number. We have group booking at the first hotel then we have contacted you in advance to ask for your permission to move to our second hotel instead - that is closer to Hoan Kiem Lake and Old Town than the original booked. And your room has a little window to the corridor that has a green curtain covering, upper the television area. We're sorry if we forgot to inform you that, you can roll up the curtain and open the window if you prefer. Many thanks again taking to your valuable time to leave us a feedback. We have to confirmed that you booked the superior room - our smallest and cheapest room that has interiror window only as pictures are showing online. You expected to stay in a room with window looking out but just booked the cheapest one that's clearly showing up without city view and we have informed you to pay extra to upgrade to deluxe room if you're happy and you're agree to pay extra VND250.000 per night, not USD12/night. We suggest you to look for facilities carefully before you book to avoid being unexpected. Thank you again for staying with us. We hope you have a nice time in Vietnam.
