Hotel in good location near Hoan Kiem lake, with plenty of cafe and restaurants nearby. Good breakfast, made to order, better reserve at least 30 min to enjoy due to order taking and cooking time. Beware the main door is locked after midnight

Great stay!

Great little hotel right near a lake. Lots of food nearby. The staff is very attentive and helpful in booking day trips and other activities. Breakfasts were delicious. Mr Jackie Le and the staff should all be proud. I will look forward to coming to stay again.

Perfect room for family of four

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Family room was spacious with two sections. Perfect location within walking distance of all areas around the lake. Hotel staff made excellent recommendations for food and transportation.

Perfect boutique hotel

Great stay. Exceptional well trained and helpful staff. All should be commended. Good location within walking distance of most amenities. Breakfast choices and taste made starting off my day perfectly. Will definitely stay here again when in Vietnam.

Good location, few steps away from Hoàn Kiếm lake. Property is aged but ok for staying 2 nights. Room was clean, but the towels were overwhelming scented. Breakfast was good, phở dish was simple, delicious and aromatic. Enjoyed our breakfasts there. Staff was helpful.

I love this Hotel, is very charming, everything is well maintenance, colorful. A big shout out to the staff, Tchai wait for my very late arrival, air plane was delayed, she was there waiting for me with a big smile on her face. The staff is so kind, friendly and courteous.

Lovely stay, very helpful staff. Had an issue with the safe in the room and the staff came up and sorted it out straight away. Only downside was room was meant to have windows, one window just faced a dark wall no light, and the other window you could see directly into the adjoining room.

really great customer service, they go above & beyond to make sure you’re satisfied and had heaps of suggestions for thing to do in the area. the one downfall was we were told the mini bar was included and refilled by housekeeping, yet when we checked out we were charged for all the items.

Well mannered staff

Good: close to the lake, which is the only safe and nice place to walk around without being hit by a motorcycle. Breakfast on the 9th floor had views of the city and was good. Staff spoke good English (rare for Vietnam) and were very helpful. We asked for a cruise to Halong Bay and were given a quote. We ended up booking online with another operator but then we got charged extra on a boat, we should have used hotel recommendation, would be less hassle and same money. Very comfortable bed and good AC. Water, tea/coffee, and some fruit daily. Not good: Outlets were old and not all of them worked. Do not open the window - it smells toxic CO2 from the street. Got a call at 4:30 am from receptionist who messed up the rooms and needed to wake up another guest. I could not fall asleep and didn’t feel well all day. Breakfast croissant: sometimes they warm them up in the oven and they are delicious and sometimes they served them white and cold. Wi-Fi in the breakfast area is very slow. If you are looking for luxury, this is not a place. Look further away from the Old Quarter, will be calmer and more ‘normal’ experience. It is way crazy, dirty, and noisy in the Old Town.

Everything and everyone here exceeding our expectations! Located in the heart of Hanoi we were delighted to learn of the walking street and lake being so close yet far enough to escape the noise .. the staff were simply incredible - especially Hannah and Việt who went above and beyond to help us even after we had left the hotel! Anyone can smile but You know true kindness in times of crisis! They genuinely cared about our safety while we were impacted first by a typhoon disrupting our cruise and later by our Sapa tour stranding us due to a landslide! They checked on us regularly, helped with alternative arrangements. We feel we not only stayed in a hotel but with family - and don’t miss the breakfast - delicious! From both Paul and I, thank you for everything and if management are reading this - please thank Hannah and Việt again for us x

When researching a hotel for my stay in Hanoi, the photos of the reception area captured my attention. Upon arrival I was not disappointed. My room decor echoed the modernistic, quirkiness of the reception area. The young staff was very friendly, and always willing to engage in idle chit-chat, as their English was excellent. I had a most pleasant stay.
