Friendly staff, lovely hotel
If you want a nice hotel with great service in a great location to the lake from your room, then this is the one. We have never really received such a welcome as we did on our arrival at this hotel. Advice on taxis was much appreciated. The staff are all excellent from the courteous manager, the beautifully turned out reception ladies, the boys on the door, the restaurant staff and the chambermaids. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is done with a smile and good grace. We were sad to leave and will definitely recommend to friends and family! Thank you for a very memorable stay.

Great hotel, Great location.
Excellent hotel, we had very clean, comfortable family room with straight view to the Hoan Kiem Lake. There is also very nice restaurant on top floor, so breakfast was pleasure with many Vietnamese traditional food as Pho, Pancake, springroll ... Staff was very useful all day and night, they arranged everything for us including keeping some excess baggage while we did our trip to Ha Long Bay, tickets to shows, and even online checkin for our flights. Cheers and definitely visiting again in the future.

Good location. Very friendly staff. Great view of the Hoan Kiem Lake from breakfast restaurant. Nice breakfast with many selections. Will stay again.

This hotel is in a quiet location but is close to Hoan Kiem Lake as well as many options for restaurants. Staff were super friendly and the bed was really comfortable.

Lucky Juli is the best. She helped us book an amazing tour for Ninh Binh, and gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and sights to visit. She even taught me some useful phrases in Vietnamese. Everyone we interacted with here was very nice, accommodating, and helpful. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. It's very centrally located, right by Hoan Kiem Lake, and you can walk to a lot of great attractions. The breakfast provided was delicious. If you have any questions, Lucky Juli will answer them all for you. I highly recommend Hanoi Morning Hotel to anyone traveling to Hanoi. Thank you! Cảm ơn!

I got a room without a window, which was weird, but at the same time it was quiet at night, considering how busy and noisy the area is. Lots of shops, restaurants, and bars around. It’s right by the lake and inside the Old Quarter, next to the French Quarter. The staff are very nice, they go out of their way to make you comfortable. The hotel is quite old and run down, but it has everything you need.

Great location - on a quieter street but still right in the middle of everything. Breakfast was delicious with an amazing view. Juli was very helpful in booking our tour to halong bay and beyond. All other staff were friendly and helpful.

Not clean and nosy AC
Girl at the reception was very friendly but it is the only positive things in the hotel. Very dirty room with noisy AC so you cannot sleep very well. Well located near the city center.

Checked in late and Ha, the intern receptionist, was most helpful. The roof breakfast area has good view of the lake and felt homely, but needs climb two floors to access it. Conveniently located and barely adequate.

A somewhat mediocre hotel - can't really recommend
The stay was spoiled by the really uncomfortable bed which meant we had a poor night's sleep. Also, the bedside light didn't have a plug nearby to power it which was odd. The breakfast was also poor - indeed we chose not to have in on our second morning. More positively, the staff at reception were all polite and nice.

Great hotel for the price in an absolutely perfect part of the city for visitors. Enjoy the Old Quarter, eat the local foods, and never be far away. The high floor balcony room is highly recommended, it's such a serene way to watch the city and the beautiful lake. Our pictures are from 801, where my wife and I stayed. English not great with staff but didn't stop us from anything we needed. Daily bottled water provided. It can get loud at times but never after 10pm or early in the morning when you'd want to sleep. I would absolutely book here again on our next trip to Ha Noi.

朝食にハムエッグを焼いてくれました。スマイルの顔が、お皿に描かれて嬉しかったです。小さなホテルですが、バルコニーからニューイヤーの花火が見えたりよかったです。スタッフも、いつも笑顔です。

Hanoi Morning Hotel was a very nice surprise! Very good location in the "Old Quarter" and good value for money for a hotel of its class. The staff was very friendly and helpful! It was a good choice!

La posizione del albergo è ottima per visitare e vivere Hanoi facilmente. Il personale alla reception e davvero molto gentile e competente. Purtroppo ho dimenticato il foglietto dove ho scritto il nome della ragazza che lavora alla reception ma con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità è un vero tesoro per il proprietario. Come coppia ci rechiamo almeno una volta alo anno ad Hanoi e sicuramente torneremo in questo albergo. Lo raccomandiamo vivamente. Dubravka Klanjcic
