"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mình ở 2 đêm tại đây khi đi chơi Hà Nội, vị trí quá tiện ngay trung tâm Phố Cổ, đi bộ mấy bước là tới chỗ ăn uống, cafe. Phòng ok, nhưng điểm mình thích nhất là nhà vệ sinh – rất thoáng, sạch và thơm, khác hẳn mấy căn hộ trung tâm khác mình từng ở. Toilet có cửa sổ nên không bị bí, dọn hàng ngày nên lúc nào cũng feel dễ chịu. Nhân viên thân thiện, check-in nhanh. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp ra Hà Nội nữa 👍"

"Our stay at this hotel was very good. Reception was excellent, lobby was very nice and we can’t say enough about the staff, especially Cindy : ) She went over and above to rectify a tiny issue we had. The beds were super comfy and breakfast was abundant and delicious. The hotel is well situated close to the lake and Old Quarter. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. We had a smallish room 705, but it was exactly as described and photographed. "

"Internet and phone connection is pretty spotty, I had to go outside to make calls on my phone, and connection spoed sliw. The rooms are dated sone, I couldnt turn off the lights in my room until I unplugged the control unit and restarted. Worked after a few minutes restarted. Temperature is difficult to regulate but not severe. The GREAT things were staff extremely helpful and really good breakfast everyday. Maid staff turned my room over in 2 minutes! Very good for the price, and the location in old market is really perfect!"

"From the minute they spotted us making our way to the hotel, the staff of the Grand Hotel du Lac did everything they could to give us a fabulous experience. They were warm, professional and efficient and served with their heart. The hotel is comfortable and well situated near the lake and old town. The breakfast is varied and delicious and the service was excellent. If you visit the rooftop bar, you must try the gin basil smash. It is amazing!"
