"Very nice stay"

"Khách sạn đầy đủ tiện nghi, đồ ăn sáng tuyệt vời. Nhân viên best"

"They got you feeling like a King and/or Queen here. I aint giving them a 5/5 for no reason on each checklist. The assistance and care given is immaculate. There's someone to open the front door, complimentary drinks refreshments are provided while you wait, and a small moist towel was offered to clean yourself up. Upon my arrival and final day, the helpers came out to assist with me and my friend’s luggage out/in the taxi. They were also sincere and accommodative when it came through questions...

"GRAND du LAC is situated in a prime location, right in the heart of the Old Quarter and next to the St Joseph Cathedral. The ambiance is elegant, with beautiful architecture and top-notch services. The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are exquisite, and the prices are reasonable. My only choice of hotel in Hanoi."

"The hotel locates a few walks from the Old Church & Turttle Lake. Tons of local foods around for travelers to try. Not as busy and crowded as in the Old Square Area. Good service. New rennovation. Clean bed & shower. "

"Staff was very helpful and the hotel felt like a refuge from the bustle of the Hanoi old quarter"

"First of all, we found it in great location and enjoyed stay. All places just around the corner. We surprised of this hotel decoration, setup - super new and comfortable: huge bed, nice view with balcony, big bathroom with bathtub too. Cozy restaurant served buffet breakfast also unique food of Hanoi like Pho and banh mi. Unforgettable are amazing staffs there too, they offering exactly you think and needs. Definitely we will be back here. "

"Easy access around old quarter"

"I had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The room was comfortable, the bed was soft and cozy, which made my stay very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices every day. The swimming pool was clean and beautiful, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The sky bar with its amazing city view and a nice drink was definitely one of the best experiences during my stay. The hotel also helped me book tour packages to...

"Lovely property across the street from Hoan Kiem Lake. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Meals are delicious and the breakfast buffet is more than you could ask for; you won’t need to eat lunch!"

"The L'Signature hotel is definitely the hotel to stay in the old town. The staff are really helpful and the rooms are beautiful. Location is also great! We can highly recommend it!"

"The sound proof quality of the room need some improvements. We could hear the children next room shouted and cried early in the morning around 6am that was very annoying."

"The hotel has been downgraded than the last time i stayed in 2 years ago. No baggage assistance, no free parking (in old town so may be normal). But the receptionists is friendly. "

"Staffs were very helpful and nice. The location is close to the lake and foods. Rooms are clean but a little bad design as water spills during shower. Breakfast is good but not much variety each day. I would highly recommend not allowing guests to fill their plastic water bottles using the water dispenser. They drank out of the bottles then put the bottles into the sprout and took the water. The sprout was contaminated with the guests' bottles. It was not even the portable water bottle. ...
