"I feel so lucky to have found such a great hotel with such an amazing staff. The employee named Grace was incredibly helpful and kind. But all the staff was welcoming and helpful. Hotel location was perfect for site seeing and restaurants. The breakfast was the best I have had in my 2 months of travel in Vietnam. We stayed in a family room which was clean, and well appointed No private bedroom though. Will stay here again when I return to Hanoi. "
