"Very nice stay"

"Easy access around old quarter"

"Khách sạn đầy đủ tiện nghi, đồ ăn sáng tuyệt vời. Nhân viên best"

"They got you feeling like a King and/or Queen here. I aint giving them a 5/5 for no reason on each checklist. The assistance and care given is immaculate. There's someone to open the front door, complimentary drinks refreshments are provided while you wait, and a small moist towel was offered to clean yourself up. Upon my arrival and final day, the helpers came out to assist with me and my friend’s luggage out/in the taxi. They were also sincere and accommodative when it came through questions...

"GRAND du LAC is situated in a prime location, right in the heart of the Old Quarter and next to the St Joseph Cathedral. The ambiance is elegant, with beautiful architecture and top-notch services. The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are exquisite, and the prices are reasonable. My only choice of hotel in Hanoi."

"Was great service and so friendly"

"The hotel locates a few walks from the Old Church & Turttle Lake. Tons of local foods around for travelers to try. Not as busy and crowded as in the Old Square Area. Good service. New rennovation. Clean bed & shower. "

"Loved this hotel and the front desk team especially Grace who went out of her way to make our stay special. Lovely pool, breakfast and amenities. Close walking distance to most things, but also an easy location to book a Grab. In a very busy area, it's quiet and offers a great balance if you want to relax, eat or sit at the skybar in the hotel without going out. It's exactly as the pictures depict and definitely one of the top hotels in the area."

"Great customer service. Great breakfast buffet."

"Good"

"Great location and staff"

"Staff are knowledgeable about the area and helpful at the same time"

"We had some room charges for food and spa. We signed the receipt which included taxes and service fees for each right after them. When we checked out, these were included in our room charges, and then taxes and fees were added again. Tax on taxes? Service fees on service fees? I insisted they be removed and they did so reluctantly. I wonder how many others noticed this ?"

"Cutest hotel! Very comfortable and clean. Staff was nice. We checked in very late/ early morning (4am) and the staff was accommodating. Across from the hotel is a brunch spot with great food, lots of cafes and massages. Train street is in walking distance. Pharmacy is close if you need it. Circle K is also walking distance. I recommend this hotel."
