We had a fantastic stay and would happily stay again. The hotel is well located and easy to access the highlights of the Old Quarter. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff service was exceptional, they learnt our names and always welcomed us each time we left or returned, as well as shared advice and tips. Lily was a standout host and made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast exceeded expectations and was delicious and the spa services were excellent also.

It’s a comfortable hotel, nothing flashy or fancy but it is comfortable in the heart of the old quarter. Reasonably priced. A little noisy at night from street noise, the breakfast is ok. It’s a comfortable stay

Excellent, attentive, friendly staff. From check-in on everyone knew our name. Nice room, small balcony but a decent street view. Very comfortable king bed. Great breakfast included, buffet and/or cooked to order. Preferred breakfast to dinner, but we usually headed out for the latter. 1 block from the lake. Very good restaurants and shopping all around. Fun romantic rooftop bar. We booked a tour or two, transportation from the airport upon arrival, travel on to Ninh Binh, etc through the hotel and it was a great deal.

Grace (at the front desk) was incredible from check-in to check-out. Her calm, friendly, and professional style made everything about our experience easy. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, and centrally located - but the staff make it exceptional.

Great location, property is very clean. However, what made our stay special was the staff, very friendly, welcoming, and attentive, specially Susan at the front desk , and Michael at the sky bar. The spa was awesome as well.

We enjoyed our stay at The Solaria Hotel, everything was excellent. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The front desk staff were excellent, check in was quick. They gave us lots of information about the area which was helpful. Check out was quick and the staff were excellent with helping us get a grab ride to the airport. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the Solaria was lovely. From the day we arrived we felt cared for a looked after. All staff were exceptional and they couldn’t do enough for you. The e location was perfect for exploring Hanoi Old Quarter and it’s very close to notable tourist sites in the area. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and recommend it to others

We stayed at Solaria for our anniversary and the staff made the experience unforgettable. They decorated our bed with petals and towel swans, which was such a sweet touch. The service was above and beyond—when the airline lost my luggage and another traveler’s bag was dropped off by mistake, the staff stayed with me that night making calls until my bag was returned (which was huge since we had a cruise the next morning!). Throughout the trip they helped with transfers, worked with our cruise company, and even sent us off with gifts like coffee. Special thanks to Cheese and Lily, though everyone was wonderful. Truly some of the best service I’ve ever experienced!
