Excellent stay! Everything was just great! From beautiful rooms to dining room for breakfast, everything was tastefully designed. Staff was well trained and professional. You can tell that they were happy working for the hotel. Quan / Linh and the restn staff were ever ready to serve and with professionalism! Front office staff just as good with tea and snack service while waiting for check in! All in all, a wonderful stay and thank you La Siesta Hung Be

Room was clean and well appointed. Staff was always hospitable and ready to help! Wait staff at breakfast restaurant were awesome, speak good English and made everyone feel very welcome. Manager Quan was always around to oversee that everything is well, Ling at restn was always smiling and warm and so was Linh at reception desk! When a property has trained staff well, it shows in their attitude! Well done La Siesta, 5 stars for quality and service!

The room was very clean. I was upgraded to a room with a balcony and window. Although all the action was going on in the street below, you couldn't hear a thing. The staff were very professional and the the custimer service was outstanding! I would highly recommend.

Service across the board was excellent and very personable. All the staff that we encountered from the time we checked-in, including the staff that managing the breakfast service. Fantastic hotel right in the middle of Hanoi old quarter. It really is a haven amidst the chaos of the city. The staff are extremely professional and helpful. The rooms are compact but the design is excellent and the standards of finish and housekeeping are high. The rooftop bar is really excellent and popular. Perfect spot for exploring Hanoi.

Amazing service and 5-star decor and vibe. A few negatives were the occassional sewer gas odor in lobby was a big turn off and only 1 elevator reulting in long waits. Staff worked above and beyond to ensure guests were always taken care of. Their breakfast is wonderful and they have a cool rooftop skybar.

Everything was outstanding and satisfactory. Staff are so kind to help us with what we need. Room was clean and comfortable. Especially breakfast was the best, there are various foods and so many choices they offer. Very very delicious. They even let us use the shower room after checkout due to our night flight. We absolutely will stay this hotel next time we will visit Hanoi!

Service at the hotel was outstanding. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were quiet. The location was good and easy to walk to other areas of the old city. Arranged a private tour to Ninh Binh thru the hotel, it was convenient and well organized. They went out of their way to celebrate my husband’s birthday on our day of departure. I wouldn’t not hesitate to recommend.

the room was perfectly clean and it was a pleasure staying there. I only have critique - the ventilation in the bathroom is very loud. That is why I think it is turned off at night, however that leaves the air in the room very moist if you decide to shower late.
