Great hotel in marvelous location

Beautiful hotel that has every amenity imaginable at a great price. The front desk staff were so kind. The hotel is conveniently located near a lovely park that is safe for walking 24-7.

All the staff are friendly and can speak Japanese, so you can feel at ease. There is a supermarket nearby. It is convenient because it is open from 7:30 to 22:00.

Wound up staying for many more days than expected and can’t say enough about how nice a stay it was. Hotel du Parc was a sanctuary of peace and be calm in the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Far enough from the Old Quarter to get a feel for real Hanoi. The staff, from the doorman, to housekeepers and staff in the executive lounge all were wonderful and helpful in ensuring I was comfortable both at the hotel and in Hanoi in general.

Worth staying a little bit out of the Old Quarter

A little bit further out of the French cord than what I would’ve liked but easy to just take a quick cab down to the center. Rooms were comfortable spacious and clean. We really did enjoy our stay breakfast was good. Definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely hotel but would not recommend the area to a westerner. The roads are lethal to cross esp with kids and ther is nowhere to eat other than the hotel. Luckily the hotel is great and the food is very good too.

The qualities of services and facilities were excellent. The clerk at the reception were available at 24 hours and helped us leave early morning, that was amszing. The area the hotel located was somewhat messy and dirty. Taffic conditions were particularly bad - too many bikes and cars. We got scared when we walked on and crossed over the street.

Hotel is not a 5 star. It may have been when it was built in the 90s but hasn’t been upgraded since. Very dated and apart from front office manager, the staff are not great.

Service was generally good with staff being very polite, friendly and welcoming, however we did ask for a fan in our room which never appeared. The restaurant was very accommodating in trailering their dishes to suit a vegetarian diet and the breakfast was good. However the air con in the room didn’t work particularly well, the shower came with a shower curtain rather than a door and the plug for the bath didn’t fit and the room was not soundproofed, despite being on the 12th floor we could hear a lot of street noise. That being said we did really enjoy our stay and would recommend it.

Decent hotel but stay at the JW Marriott if possible… depending on which side of town you need to be on the Hyatt or Marriott are better options overall. With that said, the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were older and felt like the mattress was far past its expected life- desperately needs updates… conference room was musty with fuzzy carpet and heavy curtains etc… like a time travel experience. ☺️
