Dear Sir, Warmest greetings from Little Hanoi Deluxe Hotel. Thank you for choosing us and your review. We would like to sorry about all problems you had during your stay. And we would like to have some feedbacks to you when your review public. Firstly, we are sure that pictures on website is correct with the room where you stayed. We do not why you still guarantee it's not the same. We informed on the internet that the room you booked no windown, actually it has an internal windown, so you had no view as well. Secondly, we do not try to save money. The NCOV19 virus is being spread so fast. It is really hard to get enough foodstuff. That is why we have not set up buffet for breakfast like normal. Lastly, many people are suspected of being infected with viruses, many streets have been blocked. So our driver was unable to pick you up on time. We are currently facing a serious challenge. May you sympathise with us. Everything we do is trying to provide the best service for you then. We still respect your comments. We apologise deeply about the inconveniency again. We will try our best to upgrade and improve our service as much as possible. Best regards
