LOVING The Rising Dragon Villa Hotel
We LOOOVED Rising Dragon Villa Hotel. It was recommended by a friend that LOOOVED IT and now I will definitely recommend them to anyone visiting Hanoi. The service was excellent. The staff was very, very accommodating.

We stayed at the rising dragon for 4 nights and the staff were excellent. They gave us a room on a higher floor upon request to reduce noise and it was so quiet! They also gave lots of info for tours and how to get to Ha Long Bay. They allowed us to store our large bags there while we went on a 2 day trip to Ha Long Bay. The location is close to everything in old town and make walking feasible to the outdoor sites as well. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows, AC was great, and shower was nice too.

Great Hotel
Great Hotel, good location for walking to local attractions and food. Quick and efficient check-in. Helpful and very friendly staff. Good breakfast that was included. Clean room with ample space for three people. Spent three nights in city with two nights at other hotel and only one here, should have stayed all nights here .

Ich habe das Hotel im Vorfeld gebucht und noch von zu Hause einen Trip in die Halong Bucht gebucht. Das verlief alles problemlos und die Antwort vom Hotel kam immer sehr rasch. Das Personal vor Ort ist super freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr geräumig. Es hatte sogar einen kleinen Balkon dabei. Vom Hotel aus sind es nur wenige Gehminuten in die Stadt. Auch gastronomisch fehlt einem in der Umgebung nichts. Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen, der einen Aufenthalt in Hanoi plant.

Hotel & Trip Review
I went to Hanoi on 25 - 29 October 2017 and stayed at Rising Dragon Villa Hotel that I booked via Expedia . This room was quiet small but bad was so comfortable! Breakfast in the hotel was not included so we need to pay more $USD 5 that would be ready around 6.30AM. According to staff, They were friendly, helpful, and spoke very well English. They arranged the impressive trip for me to Sapa for 2 days 1 night. Regarding areas of improvement, in term of the trip as I mentioned before they arranged the program for me but they didn't tell me clearly what am I going to do or gave me the schedule of the trip to me. They should create the itinerary and give it to every their customers. In addition, in term of information even though they could write and spoke English well but they didn't tell me clearly details like payment, transportation, and trip. Last day of the trip, the staff told me before It was started that last day of the trip the bus will drop me at the hotel so I shouldn't be worried about that. In fact, the bus dropped everyone at the bus station and I was waiting for the picked up but no one appeared. So we need to I rode pillion on a motorcycle taxi to the hotel. It made me so disappointed. They should improve professional skill in term of coordinating.

Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten leider ein straßenseitiges Zimmer, wodurch es durch den regen Verkehr recht laut war. Das Zimmer war für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung und zweckdienlich. Letztendlich waren wir zufrieden mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Séjour très agréable au Rising Dragon Villa... Accueil au top... Niveau d anglais excellent, sens du service. Séjour avec un enfant de 2 ans ... Lit bébé sur demande Nous avons visité la ville à pied depuis l hôtel sans difficultés.

Great find
Excellent location. Shower is very good! Toilet is very good. Beds are firm but comfortable. Reception staff are amazing!!!! Very very helpful. Nothing to complain about here. This hotel is great. Remember it's not 5 star so don't expect it to be.

We had a nice stay here.....the first night we stayed wasnt so good...we had no hot water and the bed was hard and traffic noise bad....we went on a cruise and used rising dragon when we got back for 1 night....the room was on 4th floor and really much better...it was comfortable not so tired looking and we were very pleased. Staff were great.

Good clean hotel
There are many hotels that look exactly like this hotel in the old quarter. The staff at this one were very friendly and efficient in everything they did. We chose a room on the street side and had one on the 6th floor, so the street noise was not bad. The room was clean and very tidy and everything worked. The breakfast was good, with many options to choose from.

Hot water stop suddenly while I was taking bath, though they arrange another room for me the other day, it was a real ordeal. My room is on the sixth floor.

Good hotel with superb customer services
From the day that we arrive at the hotel, the staffs made me feel at home. They were all very friendly and very helpful. The location is good and right at the heart of the old quarters and walking distance to the night market which is only from Friday to Sunday. The room is just the right size for a single occupant.

We booked woth them train tickets to sapa, it worked out great and was at a good price. we stayed another night and booked a day tour to ha long bay and it was very good! really great service! best service for the man with the glasses at the reception, very nice and very usefull. only not as good thing, the second night they gave us a room on the first floor, there was some noise from the reception that made it hard to sleep.

The hotel was right in the middle of the old quarter, it was fantastic being right in the middle of everything. The hotel itself is nice but its the staff who go out of their way for you that makes it a good stay. They were doing renovations one day and the smell of the paint was overwhelming…no problem we will move you to another hotel. We were then going to Hoi Ann and we asked them if they could recommend a hotel. They did it was one of their other hotels and when we arrived we were upgraded to a fantastic room. Staff again were awesome. Breakfast was really good too!

Staff are amazing
Staff were amazing. I took ill one day possibly because of the street food. The staff were so nice and looked after me. Made sure the maids didn't bother me and when I went to the pharmacy they made sure by the time I got back the room had been sorted

Clean and new refurbished rooms. Great staff.
Excellent worth for your money. The hotel is very clean, almost new rooms and furniture. Good english speaking staff, very helpfull. Hotel has full travel agency services. Very good recommendations and prices. Take the room with the 3 beds, at the front, at high floors. Gives 50% more space than the small 2 bed rooms, who have limited window. A few $ more, but gives added value.

二人で泊って朝食付き1泊3千円程度はお得です。従業員の方のサービスは満点でした。部屋も普通のツインからファミリータイプに変更してくれて広々と合計、不連続で6泊しました。事前の問い合わせやツアー情報など丁寧にメールで教えてくれました。早朝出発で、朝食なしになるはずが、簡単な朝食を持たせてくれたのには感動。日本でもないサービスでした。

Excelente precio-calidad. Cumplieron para recibirnos en el aeropuerto. Me proporcionaron información sobre cruceros sin insistir. El desayuno es generoso. El personal es amable. Siempre tuvieron disposición para ayudarnos. A pesar de que Hanoi es una ciudad en exceso bulliciosa, la calle del hotel se salva un poco del ruido. No volvería a esta parte de la ciudad, sólo por el caos de las calles. Aunque el hotel está muy cerca del mausoleo de Hochimín y otros puntos de interés. De todas formas ninguna parte de Hanoi ofrece paz. Puedes dormir bien aquí a pesar de que salir a las calles sea un caos.
