First of all, we would like to thank you for your feedback about the noise from the air conditioner and our neighbor. After receiving your complaints we have asked our neighbor to stop the construction work at night. Regarding the reception intend to give another customer your room situtation, we have checked and there was no such thing. There must be some misunderstanding here, because when your group arrived our receptions could not know which rooms belong to whom (as there were 2 bookings for 3 rooms) so they asked who booked for the big room with balcony and gave the key accordingly. We guarantee there was no favoritism or unfair treatment here. About the late check out situation, we have never offered guests late check out as it would require extra fee and intefere with the next booking. Guests at room 703 could not check out on time due to sickness, and they asked for some delay. The other room, occupied by Ms. Peterson, also asked for late check out but since there was another guest coming, we had to move them to bigger room and when we gave the key, we have mentioned that the room is spacious enough so the whole group can wait inside. We have not received any late check out request by room 701, had you mentioned it beforehand we could have come up with a better solution. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding, thank you for staying at La Paix hotel.
