Service that goes above and beyond
The service at this hotel is the best we have ever had! The staff are friendly, helpful and always have a smile. They go the extra mile to help you with anything you need and nothing is ever too much for them. The hotel is small but perfect, the rooms are very well presented and had more then enough in it for the price. Value for money you will not find better. Breakfast is delicious and cooked on the spot for you. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I am in Hanoi.

Excellent Hotel - Highly Recommended
The hotel staff at this hotel were top-quality. Such amazing service and all so friendly. They even offered to look after our luggage for a few days while we went up north on a tour to Sapa. The room was really clean and comfy. The hotel was also walking distance to almost everywhere - the lake, shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Hanoi

Great service
An excellent hotel right in the center of the Old quarter. The staff couldn't do enough for us, even sending their bell boy to pick us up from the train station at 4 a.m. The staff were so excellent, from the manager down to the doormen, so helpful. Nice & clean room. I'd recommend this hotel to my friends.

Excellent location in the Old Quarter
Small and lovely boutique hotel. No complaints at all. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We booked the tour through the hotel ,which was amazing. We would definitely stay here again

Excellent hotel - highly recommended
Skyline hotel provided an excellent and a memorable experience on our first time to Hanoi. The staff were so friendly, attentive and helpful. They helped us plan our trips to Sapa and Halong bay, which turned out to be amazing. The rooms were very comfortable and provide every amenity you might need. A special thank you to David for fixing our cancelled AA flights the day before we left. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay there again if we are ever back in Hanoi

What a fantastic hotel!
Beautiful hotel, Amazing staff, Gorgeous room. The hotel was new & located in the heart of the Old Quarter. Incredibly sweet, sincere, and attentive staff. David and Jack were very helpful. They organised our Halong bay trip impeccably for the best price. Complimentary breakfast was awesome. Thank you so much for looking after us. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone

Wonderful welcome and fantastic service
We began our stay in Vietnam at this hotel, and it was a great choice. From the pickup at the airport on arrival to checkout we were very impressed with the facilities, location, and service. Services and facilities were comparable to big hotel chains. The room was great- well appointed, with minibar and all the regular amenities. Location was great, right in the center of old quarter of Hanoi, which was where we wanted to be. We found the staff to be over the top helpful without being intrusive. Friendly and genuinely wanting to make sure we had everything we needed. Street food tours a must and a wonderful introduction to Vietnamese food. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Overall ok stay good location
Overall ok stay wasnt happy about walking to another to backpacks hotel in the cold weather in the morning for breakfast. Breakfast finishes early as 9am. Staff ok wasnt very accommodating.

I had a great stay at Skyline Hotel. Super friendly staff and great vibes overall. Location of hotel is great and is near many yummy food options. The rooms are great as well. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when I come back to Hanoi!

Great location and awesome staff
The hotel is in a great location in the old quarter. It’s close to everything and just off busy roads so it’s quiet. The help from Phillip was amazing. He contacted us before we got here and set up tours to Ninh Binh and a 3 day tour to Ha Long Bay. They were both great and we liked knowing in advance that we could see what we wanted on the dates we wanted.

The Skyline Central hotel (formerly Bonsella Cozy) is now owned by the Skyline hotel. When I went to check into Skyline, they switched me to Skyline Central which is a nicer hotel. I got the upgrade for my entire stay of 4 nights :)

Très humide, champignons sur les murs, quartier avec beaucoup d’odeurs nauséabondes, personnel très serviable, ils font leur possible pour nous rendre service, salle à manger en rénovation donc il a fallu aller déjeuner dans un autre hôtel tous les matins à 8 minutes de marche... hôtel mal situé, trop près du vieux quartier dans une ruelle où les véhicules ne se rendent pas.

Belle chambre mais malheureusement très humide moisissure sur les murs. Mais côté service Plus que parfait 👍 Chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, il nous on changé de chambre, Premier matin problème avec les déjeuner, froid , arrive pas à l’heure demandé et reçois pas se qu’on commande et doit manger dans notre chambre car il n’y a pas de place Il nous on amener en taxi tout les matin dans un autre hôtel avec buffets. A Fantastic Hotel!
The service here is excellent! They help me schedule my airport transfers and a trip to her long bay. They gave me great recommendations about where to go to eat and shop. The breakfast is delicious. We were very comfortable in our room. This is a great location, we could walk to the lake and to the women’s museum and other interesting sites.

Good value for money
Comfortable rooms, great location, attentive and helpful staff, and free breakfast make the Skyline Hotel a good choice when staying in Hanoi. Overall I'd say it's the staff that make the hotel experience most memorable. They go out of their way to ensure your stay is comfortable and they always attended to our queries quickly and graciously.

엄청 친절한 직원, 깨끗한 방, 샤워수압도 좋고 따뜻한 물 잘 나옵니다! 조식도 존맛~~ 쌀국수,오믈렛 만들어주고 센스있게 고수도 빼줍니다. 요거트도 넘 맛있움~~! 다만, 조식 먹을땐 이호텔이 아니라 본셀라코지 호텔로 가야 했어요. 한 3분정도 걸어야하는데 직원이 다 안내해주고 조식 먹는곳이 고층이고 창문있어서 전망도 좋음. 호텔 위치가 골목 안에 있어서 찾기가 약간 힘들수 있고, 골목에서 이상한 냄새남ㅋㅋㅋ 그래도 호안끼엠 근처라 걸어갈 수 있어 좋고 야시장 거리도 가까워요. 포쑤옹 쌀국수가 바로 옆집이라 맛있게 먹었어요 웰컴드링크는 맛이 없음. 묽은 수박주스 같은걸 줌. 전반적으로 가격대비 나쁘지 않았고 지인이 하노이 간다고 하면 추천할 거 같네요

ハロン湾１泊ツアーの前日とツアー帰りの宿泊ホテルとして予約しました。予約直後にホテルからメッセージが届き送迎サービス（トータル36USD）を申込みましましたが、これが大正解!　ハノイでは、タクシーがらみのトラブル（道がわからない、時間通りに来ないなど）が多いそうです。スカイラインホテルは口コミどおり驚くような路地に存在しますが、スタッフは皆親切です。室内はきれいに掃除されていて、とても静かでよく眠れます。朝食は同系列のボナセラコジーホテルで提供されるらしく、スカイラインホテルのスタッフが同行してくれました。ハノイの旧市街は迷路のようで、超方向音痴の私が１人でホテルまで戻れるか心配でしたが、今度はボナセラのスタッフが同行してくれて大感激です。ハロン湾からスカイラインホテルに戻ったら、エアコンが故障しているということで、前述のボナセラコジーホテルに追加料金なしで宿泊することになりました。今まで色々なホテルに宿泊しましたが、両ホテルのスタッフは本当に素晴らしいです。ナイトマーケット、コンサート、レストランなどの情報や滞在中の注意事項など詳しく教えてくれました。大手ホテルにないホスピタリティーがここにはあります。ハノイへの一人旅や節約旅行を計画している貴方、ぜひスカイラインホテル・ボナセラコジーホテルをお選びください。You will never regret it!

立地は最初はびっくりしました車が入れない路地の奥にあり露店が いっぱいあってホテルの横も単車と露店で2人ならんであるくのがやっとこさです　ただ露店店がすぐ近くにあっていわいる旧市街の猥雑な 感じのところです　旅なれた人には良いところかもしれませんが初心者 にはびっくりするところです　フロントのスッタフは英語が堪能で少し話せる程度なら問題ありません　各フロア2室ずつでとっても小さいです

The hotel location is good - away from the noisy main road but is very close ( walking distant ) to night market , food and beer street .Only disappointment is the coffee cup is too small and there is no drinking glass . And I was not given the small towel for 3 days

Nous sommes restés en tout 3 nuits dans cet hôtel (entrecoupé par des séjours dans les villes alentour) et c’était parfait. Le personnel est au petit soin, le petit déjeuner complet et copieux, les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles et l’emplacement est vraiment idéal. Je recommande pour un séjour sur Hanoi !

スタッフがとても親切で、アイフォーンのケーブルを忘れてどこで売っているか相談したら買いに行ってくれたり、米ドルからの両替にできる金額でと応じてくれたり、最後にはお土産までいただきました。片道18米ドルからで空港からの送迎もあります。朝食もフォーがオーダーできるなど細やかに気を使っている印象でした。規模は小さいですし部屋には窓がありませんが、清潔で設備も十分です。女性一人旅でしたが安全快適に過ごせました。

Charming Old Town Location with Friendly Staff
A fantastic renovated hotel in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, Skyline may not be the glitziest option but makes up for it with comfortable rooms and an extremely friendly staff. The lobby, elevator, and hallways are all rather cramped, which made us slightly worried for our room size, but we were pleasantly surprised to find a spacious bed and plenty of storage space. Our A/C was not working initially, but the front desk immediately sent a technician up to promptly fix it. Throughout our stay, the front desk staff continuously impressed us - they gave great recommendations, offered to box up extra food, provided helpful explanations, and even allowed us to check out late. I want to give a special acknowledgment to Vivienne, who really went above and beyond. After leaving the hotel I realized I'd left my keys in the safe, and wanted to see if it'd be at all possible to have them mailed to me in the US. Vivienne gave me her personal WhatsApp and kept me updated as she went to ship the keys on her own offtime. She was incredibly kind, communicative, and a real life saver. We're very glad we stayed here!

Excellent Hanoi stay
It's in a street that looked more like an ally way to an American like me, but I really loved this place. Clean, quiet, close to all good foods. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Had a room without window, but unlike other hotel, neither humidity nor bad odor, which was nice. Good breakfast, good bed, good Wi-Fi, and very nice people!

정말좋았어요 새벽도착이라 걱정했는데 문 두드리면 로비에 직원이 있어서 문열어주고 낮에 립셉션에 여러가지 질문할때도 매우 친절하게 알려줍니다 매니져 여성분 정말친절하고 잘해줍니다 베트남시설이 다 거기서 거기라 5성급 가실꺼 아니면 여기좋아요 단 아침일찍 개짓는소리랑 8층 꼭대기층이라서 그런지 새들 앉았다날랐다하는소리 땜에 아침에 깹니다
