The true story is that, we did blocked two Deluxe rooms on the same floor (fifth floor) and close to each other for you as convenience as per your request, all amenities and furnitures are the same, only the bath room of the corner room is a little bit smaller.One main thing that has impacted your feelings was that you asked for a late check-out at 8:00pm for free on the check-out date, but according to the check-out policy, before 6:00pm the fee is 50%, after 6:00pm the fee is 100% of the room fee. The receptionist has flexibly offered you a late check out at 8:00pm with an only fee of 50% of the room fee, then you agreed to pay for the offer.Once again, we would like to express our sincere thanks.
