Dear Guests, We would like to explain you more as the following: Please note that our hotel does have an active elevator from the first floor to the 7th floor. Besides,we have big stairs which is quite comfortable to walk for many guests who prefer not use a lift. Besides,we have a receptionist and a security(bellboy) who are take care of all our beloved guests in 24 hours. Our hotel is located in the old quarter. It is not a remote village. If your room is located at one of our highest floors,you hardly can hear the noise. We have served thousand of guests a month and we have never heard that there is rooster/cock fighting who making noise.We shall check this again. All of our rooms had a renovation in 2018. Please double check how much you paid? have you ever stayed with us? We wish that you are kind enough to share your experience directly so that we can improve our service better.
