· We booked 1 night at Trang Trang Hotel . Up arrival, we booked the SHORT PACKAGE 4 days 3 nights as Hanoi Foods tours + Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night on luxury Cruise + airport transportation that all was excellent and great value. Our rooms was very new, modern, clean, great facilities and nice view, great raining shower and comfortable bed. The hotel location is great close to many good restaurants, coffee shops, beautiful Hoan Kiem lake and shopping ... HOW EVER , trang trang hotel is Special hotel than many Boutique hotels in Asia that's about their staffs was awesome, super friendly, amazing and cute, i'm feeling my home when we been their. Thank you very much to MR PHILIP and high recommending to every one looking the perfect Boutique hotel in Hanoi old quarter !

we booked 1 night stayed at HANOI TRANG TRANG HOTEL and upon arrival booked Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night tour on Lapandora Cruise + transportation with Mr. PHILIP was fantastic trip - great price for my group. We loved our rooms in TRANG TRANG HOTEL so much and so on, the staffs are super friendly, helpful, always waited to served us with beautiful - cute smiles. We're highly the HANOI TRANG TRANG hotel to every traveler looking a beautiful hotel with perfect service !

We're really loved TRANG TRANG HOTEL and why did we loved this hotel ? please looking my reason as follows : 1. Hotel is beautiful designed with new style, great location close to many good restaurants, shopping, coffee shops,nice lake view, seeing places, and looked very newest. 2. Staffs are awesome, specal MR PHILIP super friendly and helpful, they did to show us the best Vietnamese restaurants, beautiful place to exercise, great place to seeing ... they helped us to booked the SHORT PACKAGE 4 days 3 nights was excellent and great value. 3. Rooms was large, new, very clean, beautiful decor, lovely - comfortable bed and great raining shower. we loved it !! 4. Breakfast was delicious, fresh with many choice, we loved banana cake and ice milk coffee with box " cafe Phin sua Da "so much. Thank you very much to MR PHILIP of trang trang hotel and we missed you and we will comeback on Next year with my Family and friends !

The hotel was very run down and tired looking..cracked tiles,old bedding and pillows grungy bathroom Our “city view” was a deserted delapitated building across the street The area was a bit rough Also we had no hot water The staff were extremely nice and helpful though

Nice and cozy hotel in a very busy are of the old quarter! Only 20 rooms in this hotel and the staff are very friendly who go out of the way to make sure we knew what was going on in the area during Tet.

Für Deluxe zimmer ist ok für 1 person, für 2 person ist ziemlich klein,die Matratze ist ein bischen wie die hängematte in die mitte, ich bekam zimmer im 9.stock gibt es wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Stadt, aber oben direckt 10.stock und 11.stock sind die Skybarterrarre, die open bis 24 uhr , man hört sehr gut die music und die Geräuche vom Leuten, es ist sehr laut und belästig wann man ruhe möchte.Die Receptionistinnen sind sehr nett und hilfbereit.Die lage ist sehr zentral nähe vor allem.

コンパクトでも快適
ホアン・キエム湖まで数分の旧市街で玄関出れば即、路上市場。情緒有るエリアの真っ只中。窓有りの中層階は明るく、部屋は小さいけどポットや冷蔵庫など価格の割にはひと通り揃っていてとても快適です。特にスタッフが親切で感じが良かったです。荷物預かりや空港への車手配などもテキパキと完璧でした。

We really enjoyed our stay, the only problem was the condition of the property. It wouldn’t take much for them to invest in a little paint and some new towels and sheets. They were very well worn. With just a little effort, it could be a 10 facility. The location was excellent, near everything you could possibly want and the staff went above and beyond making sure we have everything we needed. I would definitely stay again, if I ever came back to Hanoi!

Staying here made my trip most enjoyable.. Philip, Tracey and the rest of the staff made it a pleasure to stay at Trang Trang. I could not thank them all enough. The location of the hotel is so central making it a breeze to get around the city. The room itself is clean, bed is comfortable and have the amenities required. Room size perfect for one person, however they also have larger rooms if travelling as a couple or group. Also breakfast is included.. and the offering is suffice.. you can have local foods or have them make you a eggs on order. If you are interested in doing day or overnight tours... just have a chat to Philip he will be able to sort you out. If I return to Hanoi I will definitely be going back to Trang Trang Premium Hotel to stay. Tony

This is a beautifully renovated French style hotel. For $25. It is a great deal. However, the a/c struggles to put out any cool air. The neighborhood is loud and strewn with trash. Probably somewhere I would have stayed when I was in my 20’s. Definitely not bringing my wife.

가성비 최고 호텔
호안끼엠 바로앞이어서 위치적으로 메리트는 극강. 호텔방은 일본 비즈니스 호텔같이 작은편입니다. 타 베트남의 호텔보다 많이 작아요. 가족 여행이 아닌 친구들끼리 혹은 연인 가기에 좋음. 가격 생각하면 굳이 호스텔에서 잘 이유가없다능. 신축건물이라 지은이 1년도 안됐을거에요. 전반적으로 시설이나 관리는 깔끔하게 잘된다는 느낌. 아무튼 하노이 호텔 열군데 이상에서 자봤는데 가성비 따지면 여기가 최고지싶습니다. 방이 작아서 답답함을 느낄수있는 부분은 참고하세요.

Perfect and budget friendly
This hotel was FANTASTIC. It was our first time in Hanoi and the staff could not have been more helpful- gave us a local map and showed us different locations we could take a trip to, food recommendations etc. For the price of the hotel we were not expecting much but it completely blew us away. Breakfast was included and was fab - varied buffet type breakfast with lots of choice. The room was very modern with a comfy bed, TV, minibar, hanging space for clothes and free toiletries The rooms are on the small side but perfect fine for a couple. You'll see in Hanoi this is quite normal and a lot of buildings are on the narrow side. The location was fab too, we came in quiet season and they upgraded us to a lake view room with a view of Hoàn Kiem Lake which was perfect Cannot recommend this place enough :)

一家價格低廉但感覺舒服的酒店
第一次去河內便幸運地入住這酒店。這是一家小型的酒店，價格雖然低廉但房間的設備齊全是非常整潔。我特別喜歡我的房間有一個很大的窗戶，因為我愛陽光，起床時打開窗簾，陽光直接投入，感覺非常舒服。客服也非常親切，他們主動介紹酒店附近有什麼特色的商店和地標。酒店附近就是老街市和環劍湖，有很多餐廳和商店，非常熱鬧。唯一是浴室沒有架子來擺放洗頭液，希望可以加裝和改善。但下次再來河內時，必定再次入住這酒店。 （另前台的服務員是一個漂亮的女孩子）

객실이 습하고 벌레가 나왔습니다
호텔은 호안끼엠 호수 주변으로 위치가 좋고 직원들이 친절하였습니다. 다만 객실에 대해서는 좋은 평가를 주기 힘듭니다. 우선 객실이 너무좁아 움직이기도 가방을 펼치기도 힘들어 많이 답답했습니다. 객실이 너무 습해서 매트리스와 이불등이 쾌적하지 못했으며, 그런 환경때문인지 숙박하는 이틀동안 두번 벌레를 발견하고 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 조식또한 시작시간에 준비조차 되지않아 거의 먹을만한 음식이 없었으며, 이에 대한 내용을 컨시어지에 문의했을때 그제서야 따로 음식을 주문할수 있다는것을 알려주었습니다. 하노이에는 동일한 가격으로 묶을수있는 다른 선택지가 많으므로 다시 이용할것같지는 않습니다

安い部屋で、窓がなくじめっとしていたが、エアコンがあるので問題はなかった。 しかし、洗面に大量の蟻。歯ブラシの箱を空けると大量の蟻。 ベトナムのホテルに蟻がいない方が珍しいが多すぎる。 従業員の対応や立地が良いだけに改善して欲しい。

The room is light-filled with big windows which we really appreciated. Everything is clean and well-maintained. Staff is very helpful, polite and speak English well. Our room was quiet and the location is very central in the Old Quarter.

Incredible location, very affordable
For the price, the location is quite unbeatable, and the room had all the amenities one would want. The bed was quite large, however the room was rather small. It wouldn't fit any large luggage. If you are a backpacker, this looks like a fine balance between location, comfort and price.

Nice and friendly staffs
Just few steps to Hong Kiem lake. The hotel is in the middle of fresh market, not smell but very noisy in the morning. My familly's room is on 2nd floor and its very noisy even when all the doors and windows are perfectly closed. Maybe on higher floor would do better. However, nice and very helpful staffs.

Worth the money and god service

Good location and small clean room.
Small but clean room. Breakfast is better than expectation. The rice noodle was taste good. The location is fantastic in old town.

Cheap Budget hotel in a very convenient area to food, massage and local drinking places. Female receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

I have traveled a lot of countries so far and I say this hotel staff is the best. First of all, I really appreciate for two young receptionst J and A. They are so kind. I stayed for 4 days here. Every time I came back to this hotel, I enjoyed talking with them. I felt as if this was my home. Looking dowm from my room window, I could see people started to work in the morning. They were selling vegetables, fruits, fish, meats and flowers. Very interesting to see the scene. There is a nice cozy cafe in front of the hotel. Hoan Kiem Lake is just a few minutes walk. I highly recommend this hotel.

We booked a room with 2 beds and when we come there... its under construction... so instead of getting a big room with 2 bed... we get offered by the hotel said its a deluxe room with 1 bed... and the price didnt get adjusted although the staff is very nice n was helpful... and the staff said its a lake view room... we come in n cant see the lake pretty much...

호안끼엠에서 가깝고 깨끗하고 친절해요
전 하노이에 두번째고 친구들은 처음이었는데 숙소 엄청 맘에 든다고 했어요~ 일단 호안끼엠에서 엄청 가까웠고 야시장 맥주거리 시장 다 걸어서 가능하고 직원들도 친절하구요 택시 사기 많은곳인데 호텔에서 픽업과 샌딩 유료서비스로 안전하게 이용했어요 공항에서 호텔로 가는길에 베트남번호로 네번이나 전화오길래 받았더니 호텔에서 전화온거였어요 드라이버에게 돈주지 말라는 전화였어요 호텔에도착하니 드라이버는 말도안되는 돈을 요구했는데 호텔앞에서 기다리던 직원이 저희를 내리게하고 해결해줬어요 호안끼엠주변 지도도 주시고 아침에 간단한 과일과 계란으로 식사했는데 가볍게 먹기 좋았어요 수압도 좋았고 욕실도 좋았는데 숙소에 냄새나는 음식 사가지고 오지 마세요 구운옥수수 아침에 먹으려 밤에 사다놨었는데 아침에보니 개미가...어마어마했어요ㅜ 음식없으면 깨끗하고 좋아요~!!

Great Value. Excellent location. Hospitable.
Excellent location old town Hanoi. Family run very hospitable. Very clean. Breakfast great. Only downside is City Tour that they recommended ended up more of a four stop shopping tour. I did let them know so that they could recommend a different company in the future. Great value for money.

The hotel wasn’t to bad. Stair case is very narrow. They tried to charge us saying that we ate snacks, which we didn’t.
