You get what you paid for. There’s a padlock to open the front gate, and another to open the apartment. It’s a bit dark. We checked in around 2100 and it was dark and a bit creepy. We were warned that the old lady downstairs wanted things to be very quiet. So we tried but she ended up coming up to yell at us both nights we were there.
It wasn’t very clean although Tuti charged 200,000 for a cleaning fee. I picked off about 6 strands of hair between the sheets before getting into bed. There was dust every where and the kitchen utensils were unusable.
Unless you really need the space, go to a 3.5 star hotel with breakfast included. We ended up having to buy our own breakfast anyways.
