Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel
The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had a gap of several hours between getting back from the Ha Long Bay cruise and catching the overnights train. The hotel staff let us store our luggage even though we were no longer staying at the hotel.

Melia Hanoi
Many other good hotels in the area, so I don't think I will return to this hotel. Overall, the hotel is nice, in a quiet area which is close enough to the old quarter.
