This place is exceptional! Location is perfect in Old Quarter. Staff helped with tours, taxis, shopping.....they felt like family. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to explore Hanoi.

Excellent service and experience, I would love to go back. Staff were very kind, rooms felt brand new, bed was shockingly good and the roof top bar was great. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
