"First off I'll say I understand that the island experienced a horrific ordeal with hurricane Melissa and the aftermath stoand continue to heal.... However the condition of the room cleanliness had nothing to do with the storm... There was thick dust everywhere... My roommate and I coughed and hacked the entire time we were visiting the property if we weren't out on the patio or out doors,.. the shower floors weren't clean the walls had someone else's strands of hair sure wasn't mine my hair is locs as is the other guest.... The mattress was like a hospital mattress it was plastic which made me sweat very irritating trying to get a comfortable rest... It just didn't happen the entire 3-day stay it was quite miserable.. I am happy to report that there was a great spa on the grounds that that had a very superb masseuse by the name of Stephanie and she gave the perfect dress we're leaving massage that took away so much of that anxiety that was called by the three-day stay thank you Stephanie and I enjoyed the spa offerings however there were no smoothies as advertised there was no fruit juices as advertised there was not even any lemon water offered during the wellness water experience side.... just the pools..Id ask and they kept saying " 🇯🇲 don't worry yourself", " soon come".... Never heard a blender never seen an ice cube..no fruit.... Now coffee Bristol niiccee adorable snacks must visit especially after trying to sleep on one of those beds and coughing u"

"This hotel deserves 1000 stars— Platinum Club status. The service was superb, and I have absolutely no complaints. I don’t even want to try another resort when I return in August and December. Thank you to Robert, Odel, and Cory for your outstanding hospitality during my birthday week."

"Room and amenities were great. The staff was the best, their customer friendly. The only problem we had was the room and the security pass to the room wasn’t working and they were rude when we needed assistance for that part. But the overall experience was amazing. "

"We went into this trip a little nervous after reading so many negative reviews—but wow, this resort completely exceeded our expectations. The food was a highlight, with plenty of great dinner options, but the Asian restaurant was hands down the best—absolutely worth going more than once. The beach was honestly one of the most beautiful we’ve experienced: soft white sand, calm blue water, just perfect for relaxing. Our swim-up room was a total game changer and easily one of our favorite parts of the stay. What really made the trip, though, was the staff. Huge shoutout to JJ, Marian at the buffet, “Boss Man” from security, and Prince, TT, and Sheldon. Their energy, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference. So glad we didn’t let the reviews scare us off—this turned out to be an amazing getaway."

"Resort needs updating. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, our curtains were not on track properly and very difficult to open/close. Food in the Samurai Restaurant and the Italian Restaurant was mediocre. We did find a good variety of offerings in the Buffet and chose to eat out on the patio for breakfast and dinner which was quiet and relaxing. The service in the buffet was good. Excellent desserts and omelettes too."
