"We were told the hotel was totally remodeled. Our room was nasty. The tub had been painted it appears, leaving a nasty discolored streaky hue. It looked filthy. This place was just patched up-not a total remodel. If it hadn’t been midnight we would have left. We were not offered the opportunity to pay for a breakfast pass so we were quite embarrassed the next morning when we tried to get breakfast and were without the pass."

Who picks up the to go cups at breakfast and then puts their hands on their hips and says Not Today when asked for them, a half hour later when breakfast stopped she put them back out. "$50 incidental charge and there is nothing to purchase - not even a bottle of water in the room. When I asked the front desk they admitted it was a deposit for any potential damages - essentially they misrepresented the fee’s purpose and I felt scammed.
Vending machine took money but wasn’t working. Front desk was aware of the problem and gave a refund but did not place an out of order sign on the machine.
Overall the property is run down but the room itself seemed to be refreshed and...

"This property was grimy and smelled for marajuana. The commom areas, halls and elevator were particularly gross. The room was much better. The bathroom was clean with nice fixtures. The bed was clean and comfortable. The furnishings were stylish. However the room smelled of marajuana, There where cigarette birns in the bedspread. I stayed 3 nights and had no maid service. I ran the fan nonstop to reduce the smell.
It was nice that there was a Duncan Donuts and a 24 jr. Mc Donalds next door."
