"The rooms are excellent. They are beautifully designed! Would have liked to stay one more day just to enjoy the room! They have all the needed amenities, including a steam iron, all stored meticulously. Sound proofed. Very tastefully designed, luxurious room. Great value for money. There is a tram running outside."

"Super importante, no tiene elevador. No hay recepcion ni atencion despues de las 7pm. Si sales despues de las 9 am que hacen los cuartos ya no te lo hicieron. No lo calificaria como un hotel, es mas como una estancia. Eso si, hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas cerca "

"Sehr schönes Hotel und vorallem für Kinder genau das richtige. Ich denke mit einem Pool würde man hier die Kundschaft noch deftig verführen. Das neue Konzept mit dem Ausweis hatte mich beim Check In für mein Kind sehr schockiert, aber scheint jetzt auch wieder ein Standard zu sein, vielleicht auch besser so."

"Very disappointed with this Schwan Locke in Munich. We had stayed at the Edinburgh and had enjoyed our stay so we booked the Munich location. Right at the beginning we ran into issues. Poor signage for registration has you going from the main door on the right to the door on the left that has a registration sign with a small arrow referring you back to the other door. We pressed the door release and it wouldn’t open and the door was locked. I called the number with no answer and no response to...

"A very nice two night stay. The coffee machine was broken one morning and the elevator out of service for a few hrs but both issues were resolved. The ‘free spirits’ with the Expedia gold status was a free aperol spritz with the purchase of a meal at the restaurant but no big deal and overall the stay was good with clean comfortable room, nice air conditioning and quiet hotel convenient to the train station and old town."

"Convenient location to train station. Bare minimum amenities, which is a good thing. Don't want to pay extra for unnecessary amenities."

L'hotel non dispone di strutture idonee oltre alle camere: sala colazioni piccola, bisogna utilizzare la lobby che praticamente sull'uscita. Colazione stile autogrill, da evitare. Insonorizzazione e silenzio in stanza molto buoni. Un motel di alta gamma più che un Hotel."
