"The service at this hotel Oberoi was one of the best service I have ever received from any hotel I have stayed at. I have stayed at many hotels in the world and this is my favourite hotel. The staff service was excellent. The Duty Manger Shivansh Kansal service was excellent. He was very attentive to all the guests and also made sure that my time at the restaurants was very comfortable and helped me with all my requests. The food was superb and was off very high quality. You could tell the ingredients were of very high quality. The Assistant Front Office Manager Meet Aurora service was very good. He made all my requests were attended to and was very helpful. The Spa Team was very good and there service was excellent. The Spa Manager Rajkumari Prativa Devi service was excellent. She and her team were so accommodating and were always ready to help and gave excellent service. Right from the Massage, Gym and Swimming Pool the experience was very memorable. Special Thanks to Santosh for the great service he had provided at the Spa. His service was excellent. The Lifeguard at the Swimming Pool Razak was very helpful and gave excellent service. Limile gave a very good massage.. The other staff Abhay Dombe, Hmingi, Jessica and W,Khongleh Warden service was also excellent. I had an excellent experience at this hotel and was treated like a Rockstar. I will always remember this experience and will definitely come back to this hotel when I am back in Mumbai for my future visits to Mum"

"Great location. Right across the street from Hutatma chowk metro station. Rooms are in great condition. Looks like its been recently renovated. Staff is very polite and helpful. The bathrooms are clean and well appointed. The bathroom door is sturdy and takes some effort to open. May be a bit difficult for elderly. Water wasn't hot, but given the climate that was not an issue. AC was effective and all controls worked. Restaurant on premisis although I didn't eat there. Many famous joints around with a wide variety of cuisines.The hotel offers a small single room at very reasonable prices which is perfect for single travellers. "

"Clean room and friendly cleaner. Fast and professional check in and check out. Breakfast room was noisy and crowded. Staff at the breakfast was unorganised. We where disturbd by noise from the hallway and and other rooms. There was smell of cigarette smoke in our room. The pool area lacked cleaning and sunbeds. Some staff in the pool area was arrogant. Wifi was slow. Good sektion of breakfast dishes. "

"The room was decent but not what I expected. Breakfast was decent but definitely better places to stay in the area. Very convenient location however but the part that gave me the ick was how many little flies were in the bathroom and I also found a spider hiding under the sink. If you plan to be out all day and spend very little time in the room, then it works. "

"I was skeptical about this hotel when first viewing it online. I had been to India before and burned by photos that do not represent current conditions at the hotel. That was not the case at Majlis. The hotel is not new and shows its age, but it is really good by local standards. The general neighborhood is also safe and vibrant, and includes plenty of shops and restaurants within a short walk. The staff was very kind and helpful, and always welcomed me back with a smile. I would definitely stay at Majlis again. "
