"First, the front desk staff was very professional and helpful. After I made a mistake in booking dates the woman at the desk was able to help get us in a room early.
The hotel is quite poorly maintained. Woodwork coming apart, carpets badly stained or very worn throughout the building.
The entire hotel is quite dirty. Floors not vacuumed or mopped. Multiple "smears" on all walls. Bathtub was sticky all over. Shelves in shower were repaired by some sort of glues smeared on tiles. Woodwork throughout room was stained, or worn out. Elevator walls and floor were never cleaned, same sticky spill stain was there for 5 straight nights.
Breakfasts were very subpar. On first 2 mornings of our stay they were out of coffee. Several days also out of coffee, eggs, sausage, yogurt, and zero fresh fruit options the entire week. Although breakfast is supposed to be open till 9am, the staff was cleaning and taking items away by 8:15am most days.
Housekeeping staff was very rude. Although we didnt have them into our rooms, when we asked for TP, trash bags, or fresh towels, we were told we weren't on their room list so they refused to give us anything. We needed to go to front desk to get items.
With several other same price hotels available in this area, I wouldn't stay at this one again"
