"This hotel is HORRIBLE!! Save your money and stay somewhere else. To start, it took over 20 minutes to check-in because there was ONE guy working the desk and he had absolutely no pep in his step. He talked to one lady for 10 minutes AFTER she was checked in and ready to leave because they started talking about insurance (unrelated to visit), a vacation he had coming up, and then about something he pulled up on his phone. When we did check in our $335 room we reserved on Expedia turned into a $494.91 charge for 2 days. You have to pay $36 per vehicle per day for the parking garage. Plus a $75 security deposit when there’s nothing about either of these charges when you initially reserve the room but you can’t cancel the room without paying the price you reserved. Then after paying that much and waiting for ages for the worlds slowest elevator (where only 2 out of 3 elevators even work) we walked into a dirty room. Food and crumbs all over the floor and a filthy shower with hair all over the shower walls. Plus housekeeping knocking on our door at 8am Saturday morning despite our do not disturb sign being on the door. "

"The room was clean, although the bedframe needs a bit of an upgrade. The beach view is insane. We were literally in front of the water. Right in front of the USS Lexington. Air conditioning is fantastic. I love the Contemporary Room. The name speaks volumes. I will definitely be back again. Thank you so much for your hospitality and the snow cones. "

"Room was super spacious and clean. Our stay was across from the beach & Everything walking distance. To get lunch and dinner. Will plan to re visit again in a few months. "

"I was running late and they cancelled my stay even though I was booked for several days. They didnt charge me and told me to rebook but they were no longer coming up under Hotels.com. My experience with Hotels.com was even worse. I needed to adk for refund . Kept getting ai bot that kept hanging up on me because it said my credit card didn't match, which it was correct. Finally after several exhausting attempts to talk to live person and many searches on right number, I spoke to someone. They informed me they had to email property and wait for response. Istill have not received my refund and if it is not done today I will be doing 1 star reviews on Hotel.com on every platform I can. The whole experience was nightmare. ☆After two weeks of hassle and disputes hotels.com has not returned my payment. This is not right as the hotel did not charge me . This is right out robery "

"Disgusting, dirty, falling apart, no hot water, one afternoon there was no water at all. Stains, hair and dead bugs in sheets/beds and in bathroom. Pool was green and cloudy. Staff were all very nice, the location perfect, but the the hotel itself is a sketchy dump. 1 out of 10, would not recommended. "

"The location is great. But the room and the overall building are very old and outdated. Room is a good size, but not clean. Stain marks on the bed skirt. Part of the building seemed to be falling apart. I am amazed that it is still operating. Won't stay again. "
