"The room was bigger than a standard room and I had a nice little desk to work at. I love the fact that the pool is open and heated. That was great. The service at the restaurant was exceptional. The food was awesome. I ordered two eggs over, medium with hashbrowns And pancake instead of toast. The coffee was perfect. Gave me some fresh cream and the waiter checked on me to make sure I was very happy."

"Parking was easy and plentiful. The staff was awesome, knowledgeable and friendly. The only complaint is something that has nothing to do with the establishment with the estab."

"Beautiful hotel, and spacious room. We had a private bathroom across the hall. There are eating locations an easy walk away. The hotel was noisy as we could hear people on below floor, but night was fine as used white noise devices we brought. The bed wasn’t all that comfortable, and I got cold at night. But we give it 5 stars because it’s such a nice place. I really liked the easy check-in using text messages. Breakfast had a nice variety."

"This was an amazing property! We rented the three bedroom room that had a full kitchen, dining room and living room. It was exceptionally cozy and the perfect option for our group. Having laundry in our room was an added bonus. This hotel is within walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping in Coeur d'Alene. We parked and walked everywhere needed. The only bummer was that the hotel hot tub was closed when we visited. "

"Very clean and quiet. Room, pool, everything was great. Free little snacks were provided each night in lobby which was a nice little perk. Staff was great. Its a lottle confusing trying to get into the parking lot. Many ubers got turnes around and confused but otherwise great stay. Good breakfast options with large dining area. "

"Parking kinda sucked BUT the front is all tore up for remodeling so not much you can do about that. Breakfast was good but on Sunday the hotel was packed and the staff was having a hard time keeping up and ran out of things. The food was good if you could get it. "
