"This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at with exceptional service by the staff. I would like to give a shout out to Greg the manager that was more than helpful and patient when we realized I made two reservations and only needed one. He went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you Greg. To Ethan the young maintenance man I briefly met when I was walking out to my car, he was so friendly and made a point of saying hello and comment about my car. Thank you for making my morning...

"I don’t know why this hotels rating is as high as it is. I feel misled or I misread the reviews. The hotel has the perfect location to tons of tourist attractions, stores and restaurants and cafes (and train stations) but it looks like it was last renovated in maybe 2000. The common spaces are dated (burgundy & 2 out of the 3 elevators out of service), in the rooms the wallpaper is old and was peeling off in my first room. The rooms have popcorn ceilings which is gross. There are bidets which...

In addition to the disappointing view, we were disturbed by the noise of passengers disembarking, followed by loud trucks delivering food and supplies to the cruise ship. This significantly affected our comfort and enjoyment of the stay. This was simply not the...

"We walk into the hotel around 11:30 AM 3 hours early for check-in thinking my room wouldn’t be ready, but to my surprise it was. We checked in got our room and went inside, as soon as we opened the door there was a baby’s crib inside I went back to the front desk instead of sending someone to remove the crib they gave us another room which was bigger and 2 bottles of water at no charge From the 2 guys once you go through the doors to the 2 employees at the front desk to the lady who cleans the...

"Only the elevator is not good because it is too slow. Other facilities is nice, the hotel position is perfect."

"I was there for a hockey game, driving several hours to get there. Hotel is 10 to 15 minute walk to ‘the rink’. It is my go to hotel for Kraken hockey."
