"We were happy with our stay."

"Be sure to have double the amount of your room charge in your bank account before checking in, there is a hold that we were not prepared for/aware of. Our door did shut and lock, but there was definitely still a gap to where we could see into the hallway. The bathroom door had a lot of scratch marks on the inside, which was odd. There was also a dark red splatter on the ceiling, which we could not determine what it was. Our window was already open when we checked in and had holes in the screen,...

"The main door to the room had to be slammed to close it. You could still push it a quarter of an inch ajar anyway. The bathroom fan did not work so the entire room and bathroom was damp the whole stay. Niether drains had a plug in place. The bathroom door bottom hinge was falling off so the door was hard to open and close. The lighting was poor. The overhead lights are no longer there. The lamps arent enough. And the hallway reeked. I will no longer stay at any wyndom owned...

"Nice mattress and pillows! Could be cleaner. Found a bunch of hair in the shower drain. Breakfast ended at 9:30. Got there about 8:50. No gravy. No eggs. No cinnamon rolls. The pancake machine was out of batter. But, when informed, they quickly got more food out. "

"For an older property it wasn't bad. The price was great for someone that just wanted some place to sleep. We had a fishing trip on lake Michigan, so we slept and checked out early (4:30am). They were not flexible or accommodating to people with handicaps though. When asked for a ground level room, I was told that rooms were already assigned, so they couldn't get me a ground level room. I know I didn't receive a room number until I arrived, so they should have been able to just swap my room with...

"The staff was friendly and accommodating. Wonderful place to stay. Very clean!"

"Not many local options last minute. Hotel was very dark and dingy. Breakfast was ok. Broken glass on the exterior door. Needs some serious updating. Would not stay at again."

"This facility was clean with good features. Not a whole lot but everything is clearly laid out on their page. The air conditioner was great and TV was good. Beds were nice and the space was clean. We always enjoy our stay and have been here multiple times."

"Didn’t realize we were checking into a homeless shelter. The linens on the bed had cigarettes ashes in them and the staff just handed me sheets to change the bedding myself when I mentioned it to them. The key card deactivated first thing in the morning locking us out, while we were trying to load up…"

"I would say the amenities are good and enjoyable. The hotel is older. I don’t think the value is there and staying in their rooms. I probably wouldn’t stay there again due to that."
