"The room was very dirty. My fiance had to use my tweezers to pull hair out of the shower drain since it was backing up. The floor in the bathroom was dirty in all corners. We didn't expect great amenities bc of the price, or anything above and beyond, but the room was extremely dirty. We didn't complain bc we were desperate for a room next to the parking since my fiance is in a leg brace and needed easy access. "

The woman up front was even dirty and acted like a customer was imposing on her otherwise meaningless day of doing nothing.
