"The staff were very pleasant!! The breakfast was delicious. The only upsetting part was the pool and hot tub, the maintenance of it. You couldn’t tell what was on the floor and walls of the pool/hot tub. Looked like mold. Other than that overall great stay!"

"Put stay was great. My only complaint being the bathroom. The corners were dusty and dirty and the shower was kinda gross. The bottom of the shower doors need some deep cleaning."

"The smell of the hotel was disgusting it smelled like wet old cigarettes, the floor of the hotel was dirty and disgusting it had stains all through out, there was old food left on the floor of our room and there was barely any lighting in the hotel"

"Breakfast was fresh -- but minimal. Very little to choose from! Parking lot had a large number of Semi-Trucks (No Trailers) and Construction Vehicles. SO late into the evening - there was a LOT of Doors slamming, up to about 10pm.....then I guess the Construction Workers went to bed! Because the banging stopped "

"The sheets were dirty, it smelled bad in the room. The other guests in the nearby rooms were very boisterous, playing loud music, and creating quite the commotion outside of our room at 5 am, as we struggled to sleep in the broken bed, wondering if the specks of dirt were bugs or not. The gentleman behind the desk, was very friendly and offered dining recommendations. Didn’t stay for breakfast, was concerned about the cleanliness of the food prep areas considering the status of our room."

"This is a good hotel with a very helpful front desk and staff. The only minor issues are that it looks to be an older property, with smaller rooms. The bathroom light will also go out about 8 minutes into your shower. Just use the switch instead of the motion light if you don't want to keep waving your arms. The rooms have a lot of charging ports, which is very convenient. What really makes this hotel stand out is the restaurant downstairs, Canzonetta, which is one of the nicer ones associated w/a hotel I've been to. Excellent menu, food and staff. Another great amenity is their gym - it's got high quality Precor equip, Peleton bike and everything works. It's also in the lower lobby, so nobody is walking by looking in while you're flailing around huffing & puffing. Unlike some places that have huge glass panes and put it across from the front desk like a zoo exhibit. The area also has some nice places to eat breakfast & dinner, as well as YSU w/in a few minutes walking distance as well. I would definitely stay there again."
