"I will not book with Westin again due to the out rages hold charges. We booked this hotel and prepaid in full well in advance of our trip. Upon arrival we were charged a hold of $586.78 and additional hold of $50. There was no clear answer to why their charge is so high an additional charges other then they are computer generated. We do a lot of traveling and book higher end accommodations mostly through Expedia and pre pay, and never have we encounter a hold charge this high or additional holds...

"We always love this property. Great security, great staff, very clean and tidy. Walking distance to several restaurants or they have a great kitchen in each room so you can make your own meals, if you want. This is our go to property when we are coming to Ardmore ton."

"Very very loud construction going on downtown, 7:30am on a Saturday with machinery going. Too many homeless people at the entrance of the building."

"Had a two night stay and had the worst hotel experience ever. Night 1 minus 15 outside and patio door would not close properly hence cold draft all night, second day asked to change rooms and they put us in a room with no hot water. Two hours before checkout the next morning hot water worked. Provided us with a free breakfast and didnt charge us for parking….. but charged full price for the two nights. I will never go back."

"Older Hotel that's always clean and comfortable. some maintenance required but for the price that should be expected. Great value and I use it anytime I'm staying downtown Edmonton."
