The breakfast buffet had lots of options which was nice. The front desk was very helpful. My husband is disabled and so they recommended we take the transportation bus over to The Grand Ole Opry. "Staff were friendly and helpful overall. I did request a wake up call twice and did not receive it either time. Room also did not get cleaned in spite of my complaints to host on duty and talking to cleaning lady. I don’t think she spoke or understood English. Bartenders were great. Food was alright, although my ribeye steak was tough and there was no steak sauce."
