"Paying almost $700 for 2 night single person is outrageous. In regards to that I was traveling with family and they knew it but still placed me in a handicapped room on another floor. I am not handicapped but they would not move me to another room. It was very uncomfortable. Seems check in desk are very young and not experienced in customer service. "

"The gentleman for the evening shift was sooo nice and helpful with me and my daughter, who got sick at night. I am grateful he provided us with something to eat from the breakfast menu so she could take her strong medication so late at night."

"Choose this place based on the reviews. Very disappointed: hotel was very dated, room small, bathroom tiny, no counters, old carpet - a real mess. With all the nice hotels in the area, this one needs a lot of work. Since I always try to find good in everything, I can say that the restaurant, altoiugh dated like the hotel, had amazing food!!"

I had a problem with location and type of room and the staff member Dwyane was neither apologetic or helpful in resolving the problem. Not the type of customer service expected with so many other options for accommodations. "

"Hotel was ok! Location is good since it’s around shops and only 5 mins from the town square. We had our pet and they put us near the front of the property and the dog area was all the way in the back so that’s was an inconvenience. When we got to the room the door was slightly opened which we thought maybe the cleaning crew didn’t properly close. when we got inside the room felt uncleaned and there was a smudge of blood on the bedsheets. Will definitely never stay there again! "
