"The facility is under construction, as I was told, so the pool was not working. But full points to the staff; they were very helpful because we did not have a microwave or fridge in our room, so they provided them and tried their very best to make us comfortable. But I guess it will not be possible during busy holidays. Major red flag....I saw ROACHES behind the fridge!!!!"

"Muy limpio el hotel en general. Somos una familia de 5 y estuvimos en una habitación doble muy cómoda. La limpieza fue lo más agradable. La piscina no tuvimos tiempo de disfrutarla, es pequeña pero se ve muy bien cuidada. Lo único que mejoraría sería ampliar el horario del desayuno. Recomendado! Gracias."

"This hotel was in a great location with direct access to the river walk. It was a short walk to the Alamo, western art museum, and other nearby attractions. They had a bar and restaurant on-site which made it convenient to grab food and drinks. Our room was very spacious and the AC worked great."

"We entered our room to find one of the two beds with an old sheet that was straightened up, the bathroom was filthy, had blood under the toilet seat, shower had lots of hair in it, and the floor was filthy. We opened the fridge to find the previous occupants food left in there. The lady at the counter was kind and tried to do her best. They refused a refund, will not stay again"
