"For the price paid, the facilities were expected to be a little better"

"Room wasn’t cleaned until last day. Stayed a week."

"The room was extremely dated and the bed made a loud noise every time I rolled over. The property was unkept and dirty. I was there to attend a funeral and the only reason why I stayed was because it was booked through a 3rd party and I could only get partial payment back. We went to the local Family dollar and purchased cleaning supplies and were able to make the best of it!"

"There were roaches that came crawling out of the fridge when we entered the towels and rags were stained and looked used my mom and i BOTH ended up falling in the tub dur to no sopport"

"Overall great experience."

"La limpieza no era la adecuada"

"Traveling to Florida and stopped for the night. The employees were welcoming and nice. Received water and cookies at check in. The room was very clean as was the hotel. Breakfast was very good. Definitely would stay again."

"The room had a distinct smell. Some areas were not dusted. Sofa had a spot on it. The prior guest left a cell phone charger, that was one reason I felt the room was not cleaned thoroughly. The phone was not plugged in. Tried to call for wake up, no dial tone then noticed the phone was not connected. Didn’t have time to inform the desk clerk. Plenty towels and washcloths."

"Not clean and staff was not helpful. Property was not maintained well."
