"Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. "

"Personne n’a répondu au téléphone, les habitants des lieux ont essayé d’appeler les responsables , le responsable n’a pas trouvé la réservation expedia, expedia ne répond pas, nous avons du repartir avec le dernier train histoire de ne pas passer la nuit dehors avec un enfant de 2 ans. "

"This place is an absolute dump! The pictures on the site are nothing like real life. I was in London with family and friends over christmas and had to complete the stay due to limited availability and last minute pricing.
