"The suite was spacious and the staff were very helpful. Both toilets in our suite clogged the same day we got there and they gave us a plunger to fix it. It got clogged again so they had staff come and handle it the second time which worked. Good stay otherwise, particularly for large families."

Bathrooms offer Dove products (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc) for use. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub but saw others using them and the area and overall atmosphere seemed great. I would stay here again!"

"We paid a lot of the jacuzzi tub in room. We couldn’t use it, shower drink or even brush our teeth. The water was brown and gross. Even after “flushing the pipes” for over an hour. They blamed the nearby road construction. However I stay and the hotel directly beside it, the week before and after with no water issues. No compensation was given. We left our booking sooner than planned. "
