"Very nice and clean accommodations. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. The pool was beautiful, though we personally prefer an indoor pool to protect from sun and other weather. We were surprised at the barking dog noise in the room next to us and assume that animals are allowed to be left alone. There is a need for this for those who travel. We were just surprised. Staff was very pleasant."

"I normally have an incredible stay at the Heathman but this time not so much. I had poop smeared in my bathroom upon checking into the room. The a/c was not working well and I sweated all night. "The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It was the quietest hotel room I ever stayed in. The air conditioner was quiet, but kept the room comfortably cool. "I wasn't as impressed as I'd hoped to be. We had a suite with two double beds and a pull out couch. The beds were comfortable. The mattress on the couch was horrible and you could feel all of the springs. The bedding for the couch bed was insufficient, also, with only one pillow and no blanket. In addition, the bathtub did not drain at all and the shower curtain leaked no matter what, with water all over the bathroom floor when finished. Our room slept 6 people, but towels, etc. were only...
