"The property was quite clean and the contact Kim was quite accessible. We all loved the homey feeling. It was good to have the house rules clearly stated in the family room. "Place is convenient to get to downtown Southern Pines as well as Pinehurst. Comfortly furnished with some nice touches such as the coffee and bar setup. would have preferred to having individual containers of the shampoo, soap etc. The full bath is shared between the two bedrooms. Nice to know before you go. Outdoor furniture needs a little love. I would stay there again. "

"Very clean place. The host was very nice. I was there with my son and a few times we came in after the sun went down so it was dark as whatever outside. The host knew I wasn’t back yet and turned on the outside lights for us so we could see, I am thankful for that. I would definitely say here again when I travel back there. "
