"Our stay at Tru by Hilton was just okay and didn’t quite meet expectations. One inconvenience was the lack of a microwave in the room, which would have been helpful, especially when traveling with family. Breakfast was available, but the selection was limited compared to what we’ve experienced at other similar hotels. Additionally, we noticed stains on the bed sheets, which was disappointing and raised some concerns about overall cleanliness. With a few improvements—particularly in housekeeping and amenities—this could be a better experience, but as it stands, it fell short for us."

"Clean room, nice staff, decent breakfast options. Live TV & netflix option. They have vanilla creamer, water refill station. Lyfts were quick to arrive. Printer available. There was even a cute key chain bear buddy and peppermint left in room. No complaints. It was a nice stay."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful! The rooms were spacious and nice, though the bathroom felt outdated, with no ventilation, and could use an upgrade. The pool was not open so I cannot attest to that. The fitness center looked really nice. I recommend having a designated smoking area away from the patio and main seating area outside. Some ongoing upkeep and cleaning of the eating area and tables would be helpful. Breakfast was good, loved the waffles! Overall I would stay here again."
