"On the images it shows there is a hot tub, there is not. Signs in the pool area say there is a hot tub, there is not. Fire department was there and the elevator was broken my entire trip. Hotel pool was FREEZING for it being an indoor pool. Toilet constantly hits the wall when you sit down like it isn’t bolted to the floor or wall fully. Hot water runs out fast when showering. Would not stay here again"

"It’s a great family hotel to stay at if you have young kids. My daughter enjoyed the waterpark and arcade a lot!"

"Breakfast was cold no heat under the eggs. The guest rooms although older are very clean with large walk in shower. Parking needs to identify HP Spots closer to door . "

"Place was hard to find. It was behind a building that was closed down. The sign was small we missed it. Our room was cute. Minimal nothing fancy. The floor was dirty other than that no complaints"

"Room was not clean and the shampoo body washes were empty. No room service and was told to find and get it yourself. Food for purchase was molded and then was told that it has been there for weeks after purchase and no refund. I need tissues and toilet paper never was given. Had to go out and purchase everything elsewhere. Angry"

"My husband and I were in the area for a surgery and because of a reservation mishap at a different hotel we found ourselves having to make a same day reservation at Candlewood. Doug and the rest of the staff made our arrival and check in a breeze, they were even able to accommodate our special requests. The only odd things about this hotel is that it’s built a bit awkwardly with a split entrance way that made things feel cramped leading to the front desk. Also the one ice machine in the hotel...

"Loved it - clean room, great continental breakfast, plenty of parking. Overall, it is an older building / room vibe, but I loved it. Exactly what I needed for a quick 2 night stop as a solo traveler. "

"The first room I was given absolutely stunk, the second room the door didn't lock. I was totally exposed to anyone who could push the door open. The only lock on the door was the overhead bar. They didn't dare charge me the $100 deposit supposedly required for damage."

"Big rooms, newly renovated and clean! Lobby area, fitness and pool all under renovation as well as the breakfast room! Once finished it should be very nice! Reception staff were very friendly and helpful!"

"The associate at check-in was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well-maintained. With so many local options available for breakfast, we did not buy things on property. The hotel is conveniently located near many amenities."

"Booked this hotel for the Hot tub which was out of order when we arrived so, that was a huge disappointment. Pool was nice. Bed very comfortable. Friendly staff."
